Holiday Inn Express - Jamaica - JFK AirTrain - NYC by IHG

Room was clean staffing was welcoming patient, respectful and caring however I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't got information about where when and time breakfast starts I figured it was due to all the quests that was waiting to check in at the time.other than that it was very good

Rooms were ok. AC system did not work. Had to open the window for some fresh air. Hotel close to the airport JFK (20Min) Be aware of the area although the hotel is secure from visitors (Front Office checks on individuals coming in into the Hotel).

Someone attempted to enter my room in the middle of the night. After I jumped out of bed, he head me and said he had the wrong key. I raised the issue with the morning manager and he pretty much ignored my safety concerns.

The hotel was decent and the room was clean. My only complaint is the water pressure was TRASH!!! You’d never understand how important good water pressure is until your in a shower and the water is basically trickling out.

Having missed a flight I needed a hotel for one night and Jamaica is easy to get to on the Sky Train. The area is pretty rough and don't expect to find anywhere classy to eat. That said the hotel was nice and the included breakfast a bonus. Whilst there wasn't a left luggage room, the manager was more than happy to look after my in the reception office.
