Great location so close to the beach and local amenities. Apartment is roomy with lots of natural light and a balcony with views over the surrounding area as well as the beach and jetty area.

The location is absolutely wonderful. Not as crazy as Hensley Beach but just perfect. Nice eateries. Beach is truly just a few steps. Tram also just a few steps. Building itself is older apartment building not very inviting. Apartment has all you need. Top floor and you can see the ocean from both bedrooms and entranceway.
