This is NOT a hotel. No amenities, no lobby. It's a run down building that people live in long term. Room was dirty and smelled musty and moldy, fridge didn't work, keys didn’t work, building was not secured at night. Constant noise inside and out. I don't know how they get away with charging as much as a regular hotel. You're better off sleeping in your car.

This was over priced for the quality of the property. The room was sparse and didn’t have anything that could be used in the kitchenette (no pans, not even an ice tray)… on that last note, the property didn’t even have a ice machine

Our room did not meet expectations according to what was described on the websight. I asked for a queen size bed and we got a full size. In addition, I have never seen such a sparsely equipped hotel or room in my life. No hair dryers in rooms or on sight (the web sight said they were available on request, but they weren't) No shampoo, no kleenex, no coffee pot or any other kitchen ware in the "fully equipped kitchen", no ice on sight, extra charge to request new towel, etc. The bathroom floor was dirty, the sheets kept coming off the bed, and the blinds on the window did not keep light out (there were no curtains)

The property has trash everywhere. The main hallway smelled atrocious and stains everywhere in the carpet. The room itself has a terrible odor. The shower had hair stuck to the sides and pubic hair in the bottom of the tub. There were people hollering and dogs barking throughout. Chose this property due to both the price and proximity to my business reason for traveling to Loveland. My advice is to pay more for another hotel if you're looking to stay in this area. This property is described as an "aparthotel." I didn't think that was something to be wary of. Wrong. The housekeepers are doing their job to the best of their ability, but the property is in questionable condition. The bathroom sink stopped up and the toilet ran constantly. The security door to enter the building with your key card, right next to the front desk, did not work. You'd stand there trying to put your key card in 50 different ways before it'd work or the front desk attendant had to come around and open the door for you. We had to resort to walking around to the back or side of the building to get in. There's a large deep pothole in the road leading up to the hotel, Clydesdale and Peralta, which you can see right on Google maps. We tried to walk our dog on the sidewalk in front of the hotel but it's blocked by an overgrown evergreen type of tree whose branches have grown out and blocked the walking path. The crowning glory happened the morning we were due to check out when our truck, parked in the lot by the front desk, was broken into at 9am in the morning in broad daylight. No security cameras. And the response by the desk staff, general manager and district manager was "not our problem and not our fault." In other words, customer service is not a thing here.

This was the most disgusting hotel and room that I ever stayed at. Urine on the bathroom floor, sink was not even wiped down hair in the sink, yellow stains on the bathroom walls, heavily stain carpet in room. Every time I walked in the hard floor my sneakers stuck to it. In all honesty, this should be reported to the Board of Health.

I stayed the night of the 1-2 and we are extremely upset. We get in and the microwave plate is in the sink and covered in cheese and the tables are covered in I don’t know what. The trash on the floor including a used toothbrush really set the mood.We go downstairs and let the front desk know and she offered to clean it or let us borrow towels to clean it which we opted for the first option. She said she had a housekeeper go home sick and her other housekeeper was supposed to finish the room.Which upstairs the stains on the table ,walls, fridge were still there.We go to get under the covers and on the sheets there are brown, yellow, red(obviously blood)stains. Other than being a health hazard it was nauseating. We go downstairs ask for new bedsheets, she hands them to us and says you’ll have to put them on yourselves. A couple sheets later and we finally find some with minimal staining. If it wasn’t the only place available I would’ve left and not even tried after the first incident.

There was blood on the front door handle of the hotel. Carpets were stained and had a foul odor. Overall property is dirty, trash was heaping over and piled near the cans outside, weeds are feet tall along the property entrance. Screens on all the windows are falling apart. The screen on our 2nd story room window was broken and bent so the window wouldn’t even shut all the way.

This hotel was not safe or clean at all. There was two drug dealers on the corner of each entrance selling drugs. There were homeless people hanging out and sleeping by the motel doors. They were suppose to cancel my room and not charge my card and they charged it anyway. The front desk would not answer the phone. Finally after 3 tries I got them on the phone and told T them the situation because I did not want to get out of my car in the parking lot it was so bad. The office lady said she would cancel and not charge my card. There were people yelling in the back ground and a baby screaming. She hung up on me and charged my card anyway. I have not been able to get them on the phone. I contacted hotels.com they said they would not charge my card but they did. I am having to go thru my bank to fix my charge. The hotel is not what it says it is online and I do not recommend this place. It is more of a homeless drug property people in the neighborhood live at. This is a terrible place I do not recommend it. It is not safe

I have not been able to get them on the phone. I contacted hotels.com they said they would not charge my card but they did. I am having to go thru my bank to fix my charge. The hotel is not what it says it is online and I do not recommend this place. It is more of a homeless drug property people in the neighborhood live at. This is a terrible place I do not recommend it. It is not safe

I recently stayed there and there was many issues such as checking in to a room with another person already in it, dirt (left over dog food) and hair in the beds we were given, bugs crawling out of outlets, dirty towels rehung when we arrived. I would have expected a clean room and didn't even get that.

This is NOT a hotel. No amenities, no lobby. It's a run down building that people live in long term. Room was dirty and smelled musty and moldy, fridge didn't work, keys didn’t work, building was not secured at night. Constant noise inside and out. I don't know how they get away with charging as much as a regular hotel. You're better off sleeping in your car.

This hotel was not safe or clean at all. There was two drug dealers on the corner of each entrance selling drugs. There were homeless people hanging out and sleeping by the motel doors. They were suppose to cancel my room and not charge my card and they charged it anyway. The front desk would not answer the phone. Finally after 3 tries I got them on the phone and told T them the situation because I did not want to get out of my car in the parking lot it was so bad. The office lady said she would cancel and not charge my card. There were people yelling in the back ground and a baby screaming. She hung up on me and charged my card anyway. Overall terrible. Dirty, no trashcan in the room. No toilet paper holder. Sketchy people hanging around the building and wandering the parking lot at night. Door locks broke so they kept the doors open and unsafe. We left in the middle of the night due to feeling unsafe and smelling weed throughout our room from outside.

Floor was sticky in kitchen. Front desk staff came and mopped again, however, missed the spot by the fridge that was disgusting and caused the issue. Fridge was sticky too like something had spilled out of it and never got cleaned. Had to clean loose tobacco off the table. Drawers and shelf in kitchen not clean. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Raw piece of chicken on side of hotel. Numerous groups of men with coolers drinking beer in parking lot. Made it feel unsafe. Rocks by all entrances smelled of urine. We checked out 2 days early because we found an apartment. The manager stated he’d refund me for the 2 nights. Upon seeing I booked through Hotels.com he said I’d need to have them process it, however, he refused to approve it when they reached out. Not at all worth the money. Pay a little more to stay somewhere clean.

There was an attempt to make the room clean, but it still fell a bit flat. - My room was on the 4th floor and it did not have a screen when I opened it. - one of the towels that I used immediately had a smell when it touched water - There were some hairs on the bed and pillow The good things about this property - Staff were friendly - I 25 was just right there so the drive home can be faster

Chose this property due to both the price and proximity to my business reason for traveling to Loveland. My advice is to pay more for another hotel if you're looking to stay in this area. This property is described as an "aparthotel." I didn't think that was something to be wary of. Wrong. The housekeepers are doing their job to the best of their ability, but the property is in questionable condition. The bathroom sink stopped up and the toilet ran constantly. The security door to enter the building with your key card, right next to the front desk, did not work. You'd stand there trying to put your key card in 50 different ways before it'd work or the front desk attendant had to come around and open the door for you. We had to resort to walking around to the back or side of the building to get in. There's a large deep pothole in the road leading up to the hotel, Clydesdale and Peralta, which you can see right on Google maps. We tried to walk our dog on the sidewalk in front of the hotel but it's blocked by an overgrown evergreen type of tree whose branches have grown out and blocked the walking path. The crowning glory happened the morning we were due to check out when our truck, parked in the lot by the front desk, was broken into at 9am in the morning in broad daylight. No security cameras. And the response by the desk staff, general manager and district manager was "not our problem and not our fault." In other words, customer service is not a thing here.

Our room did not meet expectations according to what was described on the websight. I asked for a queen size bed and we got a full size. In addition, I have never seen such a sparsely equipped hotel or room in my life. No hair dryers in rooms or on sight (the web sight said they were available on request, but they weren't) No shampoo, no kleenex, no coffee pot or any other kitchen ware in the "fully equipped kitchen", no ice on sight, extra charge to request new towel, etc. The bathroom floor was dirty, the sheets kept coming off the bed, and the blinds on the window did not keep light out (there were no curtains)

I kept my shoes on when inside the room. The floor was dirty and if anything was swept it was swept under the beds. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty with whatever was swept around and not swept up. I’m not sure if this is how all extended stays work, but there not being a lamp in the room was odd to me. Employees and the air conditioning was nice. I’d like to caution your employees asking certain questions pertaining to customers stay in front of other customers. I checked in after 10pm and had to call for an employee. Which was a quick process but then another late check in was behind me and I was asked where I was coming from? What was my stay for? All were truly innocent questions, however being a woman and by myself at late check-in and a man also being behind me for late check-in didn’t make me feel comfortable.

This is a VERY BASIC place to sleep. No ice machine, no coffee machines in the room. No frills, nothing. Trying to refresh with paint, but our shower had 3 different colors of paint on the walls (not intentional) and they painted over somebody's bar of soap on the top and left it. Wall cabinet screws were falling out. Not great but a place to sleep then leave.

Our stay got off to a rough start. The first room smelled strongly of urine, and the second smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the third room was fine. The stairs and hallway carpets were visibly dirty, with spills and grime, and there was some dirt in the room as well. Thankfully, the staff member who helped us was extremely understanding and did her best to make the situation right. While the experience wasn’t ideal, our stay ended up working out for the three nights we were there.
