Palazzo Rosaria Boutique Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Busbahnhof, von hier aus kann die ganze Insel erkundigt werden, ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir waren im Zimmer 502 untergebracht. Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, aber man hatte keine Aussicht aus den Fenstern. Dies waren nur Schächte. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Sollte man einen Mietwagen gebucht haben, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze ca. 5-10 Minuten entfern vom Hotel. Das Hotel kann nicht mit dem PKW erreicht werden. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Staff were helpful throughout our stay with recommendations on were to visit. while in Rome. The room was spotlessly clean. The roof terrace was a pleasant area to sit out and chill. .

We had the top floor jacuzzi suite which was beautiful and had stunning views of the city. Only small issue was some noise from the lift. If you are a light sleeper it may be a problem. Apart from this our stay was Amazing. Thankyiu

Lovely hotel close to the heart of Valletta. Staff are wonderful and the room comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good, though some items could have been hotter. The only issues encountered was with the only lift breaking down, though this was resolved quickly, and the baby in the adjacent room waking us up at 7am each day, but this obviously is not the hotel’s fault. Overall a good stay and would certainly use this hotel again should we return to Valletta.

Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.

Absolutely fantastic. The only thing that it lacked for me, was ice; no ice machine for drinks in the room. The hotel staff did get me ice on a couple of occasions, but it was not readily available for guests. Limited dining, but a goog variety for breakfast. You're so close to all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment that you could choose a different experience every time you stepped out. Transportation was a quick walk away. I wouls stay here for every visit to Malta.

Hôtel inadapté en famille. J’ai réserver pour 2 adultes et un enfant et on m’a expliqué à l’arrivée qu’il n’y avait pas de place dans notre chambre pour un lit parapluie (qu’il fallait d’ailleurs payer 25€) et donc que notre fille dorme avec nous…. J’ai payé 180€ la nuit pour cela…. Finalement la jeune femme qui nous a reçu a proposé de nous upgrader et nous a fait payer 25€. Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur le site hôtel.com il n’y a pas de piscine dans l’hôtel…. L’hôtel est beau, chambre très petites mais de standing et complètement inadapté aux famille. En couple très bien je pense (a condition de ne pas rechercher ni espace ni piscine) Pour la famille, passez votre chemin, il y a beaux mieux à Malte. Heureusement nous sommes restés seulement une nuit

Hotel hat eine super Lage in Valletta. Wir waren im Roof - Top Familienzimmer. War ganz o.k. Leider war der Deckel vom Pool kaputt. Und so das Wasser nicht wirklich sauber.

Väldigt centralt, Lyhört, inte bra städat, dammigt och skräpigt på golvet. Mögel i badrummet. Väldigt mörkt rum. Svårt att veta var alla knappar gick på rummet. Vilken knapp hörde hemma till vilken lampa...? Ribborna i bäddsoffan kändes väldigt tydligt. Fanns inte sängkläder till bäddsoffan. Då frukosten serverades i ett hörn av lobbyn blev det väldigt trångt. Yoghurt andra kylvaror var inte kylda utan mer ljumma.

Excellent hotel in the Centre of Valletta. Room very nice, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast with hot/cold choice. Will definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it

Amazing staff Good breakfast Rooms clean but my only suggestion is maybe a little upgrade and deep clean - particularly the bathroom - or that was the case in our room

Good stay, excellent location. Some minor cleaning issues in shower as mouldy bits could do with some attention.

Hotel is quite nice, in a very good location. But definitely not worth the price. Paid extortionate amount for a room that didnt have basic tv channels, wifi kept dropping, bed was quite uncomfortable, no view from the window except for a wall.

Great breakfast, very clean, rooms at the front can be noisy from street, also traffic early in the morning. Some rooms are much smaller than others, not as per photo on Hotels.com

Excellent and amazing location, right at the city centre of Valletta. Room was nice. Modern. Spacious. However, saw few bugs in the second day of our stay (maybe its a Malta thing). Breakfast was average

Comfortable room with a maltese balcony overlooking a quiet street. You could make tea and coffee in the room. Big shower and bidet. It's right in the center of La Valletta, a few minutes 'walk from the city gate and the main attractions. There's a good pastizzi shop right in front.

Great location hotel and staff great only downside was when booked looked like it had a big window when all we had was a window with a view a 2 mtr x 2 mtr opening like a lift shaft with no roof so for that reason won’t stay here again

The hotel is very well located in the historic area close to everything. The staff were very courteous and helpful - thank you. The rooms are small, which would not have been an issue except that there were no drawers to put your clothes in so you have to live out of your suitcase. Also there was little shelf space in the bathroom for two people

Had read a few reviews before booking - the room -502 - and probably all floors with 02 on the end - was as said in another review - had a window facing an outside shaft - so only view of walls and a patch of sky as we were high up. Room was big enough - had very comfortable bed , pillow and duvet -great bathroom / shower - ok no drawers in bedroom but not a problem...robes, slippers , lavazza coffee machine and kettle, coffee, 2 waters and tea topped up each day with a mini fridge too. Other rooms of course, more expensive , had better size and view - but this was a short stay and it was absolutely perfect for 3 days. Breakfast was absolutely fine - cooked section, and great choice of teas and coffees. downside was that it is in a small area which could get busy and noisy they could do with moving the sofa area over a bit to make more space... - but we managed!! Very helpful reception staff - and clean rooms too! Location couldn't have been better!

The hotel is in the central area in walking distance to many tours meeting points. The electric kettle was great appliance and two bottles of water were provided every day. The only issue we had was lack of shelves in the room and in the shower. The breakfast was good, served in a very tight area. The cars cannot drive to the hotels most of the day, so you may need to walk about 4 minutes to a more accessible location to take a taxi.

The bathroom was great with nice powerful walk-in shower. The windows were not close fitting allowing noise from the street below to enter unchecked. Because of the vehicle restrictions in the city delivery vans start early making much noise on the cobblestones. The bed was hard and covered with a waterproof mattress cover making me sweat. All of which contributed to getting very poor sleep. We asked to be moved to a higher floor and they declined. I would not stay here again.

Cannot fault Palazzo Rosaria Boutique at all. From check in to check out and everything in between it was all faultless. Breakfast was great, the room was a great size as was the bathroom (fresh toiletries everyday), plenty of towels, bath robes, great air con, comfy bed, genuinely cannot fault it. In an amazing part of Valletta, could not have been any better located. The staff were great as our flight home was late so they kept our luggage for us so we could go out and enjoy our day and allowed us to change and freshen up in the hotel before we left to go home. Would 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re coming to Malta. Valletta is an outstanding place to stay.

This hotel is hidden away just off Merchant’s Street, so you’re right in the heart of Valletta but without it feeling too busy. Rooms are great with everything you need. Enjoyed breakfast. But the highlight is how brilliant the staff are; friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valletta.

It was one of the WORST experiences of our lives. The first night everything was fine, but the second night, at 3 in the morning (my friend and I were already asleep), a stranger couple tried and managed to get into our room. Our reaction was to scream (we were on the first floor, next to the elevator). The couple left. We called the front desk, and not only did no one check on us (we're sure our screams could be heard throughout the hotel), but the front desk person's response was a terse apology because they had assigned and given a key to guests who had just arrived at that hour. We tried to lock our room afterward, but the lock didn't work, so we went back to try to sleep, pumped full of adrenaline and scared. The next day we went with the person at reception (who was not the same man who was on guard that night) and not only did he minimize the event but he did not offer any additional apology, follow-up or compensation. We DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in a very convenient location close to shops, restaurants. The hotel breakfast area is horrible, it just sits in the reception serving very limited options and lack of any privacy. Furthermore, there is no dedicated restaurant staff to handle food preparation but rather handled by the same cleaning crew that clean the rooms for the hotel. I particularly noticed that the hotel staff are not very empathetic at handling special needs of customers but rather are trying to understand why you have special needs and to them, it seems odd in their minds and instead of trying to help you they\'re trying to puzzle you out. What I mean by this is, is that if I request for additional towels the hotel staff are generally questioning you as to why you need extra towels etc... We arrived quite late and spent many hours trying to configure the room to our specifications which was very badly designed we were given a very bad room on the first floor next to the lift being room 101. This room was badly configured, exceptionally small and I later found out that the other Standard double rooms have much better configurations. I would also like to say that the owner "Jean" Is very rude and condescending and he spoke to us in a very belligerent manner that we must not ask for extra towels as we went down to the storeroom to take some ourselves as no one was there to help. The asst. manager "Alesandara" It\'s not very pleasant either and threatened to contact Expedia. Julia is very nice.

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and helped plan transport to the airport. Even when my taxi didn't arrive, she arranged another taxi and helped with my luggage. I would stay here again!

The hotel is located on a street that is restricted of traffic so we had to schlep our bags a couple blocks from where the taxi could get us as close as possible.

Clean hotel, centrally located on a street that only allows pedestrians. Keep that in mind if you are bringing a lot of luggage.

Sites of interest easily walkable. 8 minutes walk to airport bus - no steps.

Great central location in Valetta close to the key attractions of the town and many restaurants. Also only a short walk to the bus station - get the X4 to and from the airport for just 2 euros. Cozy, small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast but slightly cramped layout. Not easy to find the first time - look for the PR logo sign.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Valletta on foot. It is central so easy access to restaurants, sights and bus station. Not suitable if you are driving with no access due to pedestrianised location but benefits with quietness because of this. Staff were wonderful and helpful even arranging an early breakfast. Spacious clean room with a comfortable bed and and plenty of power and charging points. Good sized modern bathroom. Tea, coffee and bottled water replenished daily.

Location is very central, couldn't be better. quality pf the hotel os pretty average. Helpful staff. Breakfast area is cramped with a small counter for self service tea. I'd give the hotel 6-7/10 in standard but location wise its 9/10.
