When we checked in they had given us a room that someone was already staying in. We found out by them opening the door. Staff was unprofessional. The bathroom was dirty in our room and looked like the vent had never been cleaned as it was covered in dust. Not worth what we payed for .

Quiet hours were not enforced here and we hardly slept. People were making noise through the night both inside and out in the parking lot. Lack of staff onsite and the location seemed off from the description. Room had a broken window shade and missing soap. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was fine. Saturday night in the vacant mall parking lot across the street from around 3:00 am to 4:00 am there was some kind of street party/drag racing/ tire burnout gathering that was so loud & you could smell the tires burning through the ac. I asked the front desk guy if that was a common occurrence & he said it was. Very strange.
