Great family vacation. We had maids a chef and got professional family photos on the beach. The owner is awesome and the surrounding areas are way cooler than expected. Family loved it!

Stay at this property was perfect, largely based on the beautiful home and effortless communication with the owner. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good time just south of the border. The house was immaculate, extremely well furnished, and included anything you could ask for in Pursuit of an incredible and relaxing weekend. Thanks again, Marc, see you next time.

We stayed 4 nights in our lovely rental overlooking the ocean. It couldn’t have been more pleasant. The owner, Mark, was extremely responsive and accommodating. We celebrated a birthday and went down memory lane when we first started coming to Rosarito years ago. A lot has changed over the years. We preferred the laid back atmosphere Las Gaviotas offered as we went to sleep listening to the sounds of the nearby waves. We would stay there again.

This is the second time we stay in this house. It’s very spacious for everyone to have a space of their own. The house is always impeccable and the view from the patio is so pleasant. It was a bit chilly outside and rainy during our visit but this didn’t prevent us from enjoying the peaceful environment las gaviotas has to offer. We were able to light the fire place and every room had appropriate heaters to keep everyone comfortable. We sat by the fire and played table games with the family. Mark is very responsive even when he was traveling overseas himself. I truly appreciated him reaching out to us prior to our stay to ensure we had everything we needed to check in. It was a pleasure to stay here and would return any time if I could.
