Premier Inn Addlestone

Bra rum. Bra frukost. Lite knepigt att checka in via automat pga svårt att hitta rätt bokningsbekräftelse. Men det fanns personal på plats som kunde lösa det manuellt istället.

When asking for an iron, they were unavailable and an it took 2nd request overnight to source one! We had a large group and went to enjoy our breakfast and we're meet with the most inconsiderate, rude and inhospitable Attendant at the Lobby restaurant. The service was atrocious through out the meal. We had to push 2 tables together our ourselves accommodate the group to eat togther, as we had all come from all over the world to attend this wedding and wanted to eat as a family. When we left, this attendant came out point and calling for us in the middle of the busy lobby to come back and separate the tables. It made us feel extremely unwelcoming and was embarrassing. We had no desire to eat there at all or drink at the bar after this altercation. Luckily there are Bars and Restaurants at your doorstep that are more then happy to have you dine with them! The same attitude was shown when asking for a simple room service request! Honesty one of the worst stays I have ever had in the UK! I have my ideas on why we were meant with this attitude, as we noticed a difference in service for other guests! I think worst part is that Premier Inn doesn't really care when talking to customer care or Management on site!

Un hôtel confortable. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits . Bien dormi dans le calme . Juste aucun nettoyage de la chambre
