This was an awesome property and great price. I love the garage option and the amenities provided like bike riding and various pools. We had an excellent stay. Only thing is remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner.

Very nice resort with large condos that are well furnished and have a fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher, gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, plates, cups, pots and pans. There are multiple pools, tennis courts and a gym on the resort grounds. Each condo comes with outdoor BBQ grill and two bikes.

We loved the amenities; pickle ball, bocce ball, tennis and that they provided the equipment. The pools, hot tubs were clean and well maintained. There were 2 power outages while we were there. It appears that these were scheduled maintenance outages by the power company. Would have appreciated some notice by the Oasis staff so we could plan accordingly as one of the outages was on our check out day which was a bit challenging.

Very central to restaurants and shopping in the area. Gated property with multiple pools and hot tubs that were hot with strong jets! Fitness room was average and the desk and onsite personnel were very attentive.

This is a resort property with lots of amenities such as bikes to ride to the 8 pools and jacuzzi's or pickleball and tennis courts. They have a gym and a huge lobby with lots of activities for guests. We had a garage and a huge condo that was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasure to stay here, I only wished our stay was longer. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook your meals. The beds were very comfortable and we had 2 TV's and a balconey with a BBQ.

Great resort have stayed there in 2016 as well Multiple pools and Jacuzzi ( although small ) pools have warm water perfect for going in morning Gated property Fast internet for each villa Each villa has two bikes Small fitness Villas Needs upgrade At the time of check out you have to dispense all garbage out .

Roaches in the kitchen drawer as soon as I walked in the door. That was totally unacceptable and i checked out immediately. Then room service came and sprayed Raid and wouldn't provide me with another room. I will never stay at this place ever. I booked another room at the Hyatt that was super clean and spectacular. In the end a lost money became of inappropriate conditions. I should be refunded.

The property is always lovely. Quiet and clean. Our unit had a pretty significant ant problem. We notified the desk who had someone come spray but they continued to be a problem. No one checked in to verify it was taken care of. A bit of a hassle.

This was by far the loveliest and most reasonably priced PS place we've stayed at yet. 7 pools, all very tranquil, clean and well heated. The unit had every amenity imaginable, was comfy and spotlessly clean. Staff was exceptionally accomodating and friendly. We used the bikes that came with the room and one had a flat tire. A maintenance man saw us walking the bikes to the office and stopped us, fixing the tire right there on the spot. No resort fees tacked on, either. Loved this place.

Grounds were clean and nicely maintained. We enjoyed the tennis courts and pools. The workout room was very small and basic with almost no free weights (5’s and 10’s only). Our unit was spacious. Do not expect any toiletries. Our main issue was the that the AC could only go to 72. Our room was very hot and stuffy and night which made it hard to sleep. Noise from upstairs neighbors walking around was also a problem for sleep.

Super clean and nice property. Great staff. Only things keeping it from a perfect score was how hard it was to keep the bedrooms cool enough to sleep at night and a very large light shining through the half circle windows with no blinds keeping the rooms too bright to sleep.

Property grounds are absolutely beautiful! 2 BR condo is so spacious and fully equipped. One recommendation is to bring a small tv for the 2nd guest bedroom...a simple/inexpensive thing for VI Resorts to add, but strangely after 2 years, there still isn't one. Pools are wonderful and heated! Plenty of parking includes a garage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Property is very pretty and quiet. Nice walking areas. We got a studio which had a Murphy bed. Mattress lumpy and pillows have seen better days. This was the only unsatisfactory thing about stay. I would sacrifice space for a real bed. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Check in and out time was terrible check in 5 check out 11. Nice resort but terrible customer service. Staff were rude and unprofessional. The check in time was at 4 but the room was not ready. They told us they will give us a call when the room is ready. No one called and we had to check in at 5. For check out no extension or grace period!

Staff is so friendly and each time we come they make every effort to give us our preferred unit to stay in. Always clean and we ALWAYS have a great time here! Its the only place we stay in Palm Springs!

Unprofessional front dest service personnel and their lack of proper check out process, no immediate paper available or followup emal showing the status and so on. They do not provide inroom puspplies such as shampoo and lotion either. But it is my worst expperience with the front desk personnels and their unfriendly attitude toward the customers. Not recommending at all!

We loved our time at Oasis Resort. The property is lovely. We felt relaxed by the comfort and privacy of each space and anytime we needed anything, the staff responded swiftly and courteously. The bicycles offered were awesome!

There is no direct phone number to contact property directly. You have to call corporate for every reason, and corporate closes after hours and weekends so you are out of luck. Entering the gates with Uber is pain and you have to call lobby to open gate that takes hours. The room was ok and well equipped but communication was extremely poor.

Very nice property, friendly staff, nice views of the mountains, lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from. Outside the resort full of crime, 4 smash and grabs at TJ Maxx in 6 days! Then our friends had their windows smashed out in their car while grocery shopping.

We really enjoyed this resort. The room was a full apartment and the kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook while you are there. Just a warning that there are no toiletries provided in the room other than simple hand soap. But overall, we loved our room. It was very spacious and the resort grounds were very nice and well kept. It was easy to get to the pool nearest to the room and you can also use their bikes or reserve tennis or bocce ball. This resort is not in the city center of Palm Springs if you want to be in the party zone. Personally, I like that this was a little bit out of town, so it was nice and quiet. It’s about a 10 minute drive or less into downtown PS.

We really enjoyed this resort. The room was a full apartment and the kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook while you are there. Just a warning that there are no toiletries provided in the room other than simple hand soap. But overall, we loved our room. It was very spacious and the resort grounds were very nice and well kept. It was easy to get to the pool nearest to the room and you can also use their bikes or reserve tennis or bocce ball. This resort is not in the city center of Palm Springs if you want to be in the party zone. Personally, I like that this was a little bit out of town, so it was nice and quiet. It’s about a 10 minute drive or less into downtown PS.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Good setup for our girls trip. The complex is large, but pools are set up conveniently so no one area feels too crowded. While we were not there for activities, could see how some guests would enjoy those offered (movie night, spaghetti night, ice cream at clubhouse, etc...) Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a car, so did not feel like downtown Palm Springs was too far. Great stay!

I was really happy with our stay at the Oasis this past week. The landscaping was beautiful and the Resort was centrally located. There was a Trader Joe’s and Starbucks just down the road. The staff was friendly and even took the time to recommend restaurants. As far as cleanliness is concerned, The floors in our unit were really dirty but other than that it was a pleasant experience. I would stay at the Oasis again! 👍😊☀️🌴

Very central to restaurants and shopping in the area. Gated property with multiple pools and hot tubs that were hot with strong jets! Fitness room was average and the desk and onsite personnel were very attentive.

Nice facility, quiet location and close enough to downtown. I didn’t know it was a Murphy bed which isn’t super comfortable. Also would have been helpful to know that it was upstairs ahead of time. Would have preferred a ground level unit.

Very nice resort with large condos that are well furnished and have a fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher, gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, plates, cups, pots and pans. There are multiple pools, tennis courts and a gym on the resort grounds. Each condo comes with outdoor BBQ grill and two bikes.

The property is comprised of condo units, spacious, individual garages, all near swimming pools, hot tubs, and with access to tennis, biking, pickleball, etc. We enjoyed swimming with our grandchildren. There is no restaurant on site--restaurants and markets not too far by car. Kitchen well stocked with cooking tools but no food items except coffee and coffee maker. No shampoo or hair drier in room.

Property grounds are absolutely beautiful! 2 BR condo is so spacious and fully equipped. One recommendation is to bring a small tv for the 2nd guest bedroom...a simple/inexpensive thing for VI Resorts to add, but strangely after 2 years, there still isn't one. Pools are wonderful and heated! Plenty of parking includes a garage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a resort property with lots of amenities such as bikes to ride to the 8 pools and jacuzzi's or pickleball and tennis courts. They have a gym and a huge lobby with lots of activities for guests. We had a garage and a huge condo that was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasure to stay here, I only wished our stay was longer. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook your meals. The beds were very comfortable and we had 2 TV's and a balconey with a BBQ.

We were at the Oasis Resort(2 bedroom suite) for only one night and we wish we could have stayed longer. Great location, very clean and updated, decently sized units and the 9 pools/hot tubs were great! We used the BBQ on our balcony and the well stocked kitchen for dinner instead of going out and it worked fine. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I do wish they gave you more than just a bar of soap in the washrooms (no shampoo or conditioner or body wash) and I also wish the ensuite bathroom did not have automatic motion lights as it lights up he whole room when one uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. Otherwise, I would totally recommend and stay there again!

The property is great. The only issue was that the Murphy bed was small for a queen. Over all the room was well appointed. Kitchen was a dream if I would have been on a longer stay I cooked... It had a washer and dryer, a small BBQ on the balcony. A private garage, free use of bicycles and pools everywhere.

We had a wonderful trip overall! The location was beautiful, the community was extremely welcoming, and our unit was huge and spacious. We loved all the great amenities the property had to offer and are already planning another trip back. The only issue was the cleanliness upon arrival the unit had not been fully cleaned. I had to sweep the entire unit, wash some dishes, make the main bedroom bed, and rewash towels that were left damp. We got a 2 bed unit. Aside from that initial cleanup, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, it was a decent property. There were issues that I was disappointed wit 1. A lot of ants in the room when I arrived and then sent a maintenance person to spray chemicals all over the room and the couch, which was very upsetting. The water pressure was horrible! Hot water took forever to start as well....

Excellent condo with all items necessary to cook and clean if you want. Pool and jacuzzis well maintained. Maid service unavailable. I think we were lied to by front desk staff that the room we needed was dirty and we were not able to check in until almost 5pm. When we checked out today all the cleaning items were waiting in a tub by the front door. Then day before we were to check out key cards were deactivated for gate and front door. Was told person who checked us in made a *mistake* on checkout date, the same one that said it would take almost 3 hours to clean the condo. Make sure you are specific if you need a certain kind of room, if not front desk staff is very reluctant to help.

The pools could have been cleaner. Coffee maker broken, towel holders in the bathrooms were falling of the walls. The screen from the screen door wasn’t working properly, kept getting stuck. The tires on the bikes were flat. You couldn’t change the thermostat so it was either to hot or to cold. Stayed there years ago and it was so much nicer.
