Budget Inn Motel

Nose place, not very clean and parking area not available at night time, inside to the property.

Just like its name, the motel cuts budget on almost everything sobyou can get cheaper price. The sheet is a little dirty and very thin. No hair dryer. Very old furniture. But the bathroom is spacious and the price cannot be beat.

There was no hangers in the closet and they did have an ironing board but no iron. Train tracks were across the street from hotel. Trains going through often during the night .

The only thing I didn't like about this room is that it is close to the laundry room and you could hear some noises and also that the freight train passed by very often.

This is a super budget hotel for which we paid a very premium price during Coachella (over $450/night!!) so it's a bit difficult to know how to think about the review. There's no coffee pot (I ended up buying one at Walmart), no hairdryer (I ended up just letting my hair frizz up), you need bottled water, and it is super drab. That said, it did the job for what we needed it for. They are probably making their year's worth of income in this one week so...

Room was dirty, place felt unsafe to stay at.

The room had a cloying, strong chemical scent. There were a dozen houseflies buzzing around on the ceiling with lone individuals flying down to pester us all night long. There were burn marks on the bed sheets and comforter and a large hole in the fitted sheet which was obviously burned from a dropped cigarette or something similar. Trains rumbled by and were super loud quite a few times during the night and kept waking me up. The worst however is waking up to something moving around on the pillow when I got up to use the restroom. Turning on the lights, I saw a number of them scurry off somewhere off the edge of the bed, but I got a good look and pictures and a video of a large bedbug which was hanging out on the pillow before it tried to hide. My biggest mistake was booking the reservation for a week. I didn't stay more than a night. Lodged a complaint with Expedia and they weren't able to do much. Tried checking out, but the front desk/staff were nowhere to be found and ringing the doorbell button on the window didn't get anyone to show up. Property owner wouldn't refund the rest of the stay for offering a horrible parasite ridden room which I refused to stay in any longer. Ripped off about $900.

The room did not feel safe. It had a single lock on the door. The room was not clean. There was the remains of someone’s lunch/dinner/snack left in the microwave. The towels were stained and or dirty and the counter around the sink was dirty

I opened the room door and saw roaches scattering That was discussing and nothing that I can do I am a traveling Nurse and was looking forward to resting but now I can’t open my bags I must cover my ears I’m just so uncomfortable!!!!

Roach infested my snacks were infested with roaches not a little alot

They had bed bugs!

Roaches as soon as I opened the door,bed smelled like urine,hair on the floor,lamp broken with no light bulb,no towel for the floor to shower,no wash cloths,crawling g roaches when lights turned off This place should not be listed in Expedia $80 dlls it should be $40 and I should be regular des for absolutely horrible night!

The room smelled of cigarette. Floors were dirty, towels stained and dirty. Noisy , people hanging out

One big thing I disliked about our room was that as we were going into the bed we noticed through the sheets a blood stain on the mattress cover we removed the sheets and there were pee, & blood stains and the whole cover was dirty. We couldn’t leave because there were no room anywhere for the weekend. The floor was also dirty

The only positive was the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet had hair on. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is very basic. Definitely just a place to lay your head for a night. The room was fairly clean, bed was fine, shower worked well. The area is not the best. The walls are super thin. Listened to our neighbor yell at someone into the wee hours of the morning. Train rolls by occasionally. Price was lower than most hotels in the area for a reason. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

Other than the train that surprised me loudly it was awesome

Freight trains pass close by a number of times during the night so it is noisy. The furnishings are in decent shape though one drawer sagged to one side. Not too far from Hwy 10, on Indio Blvd alongside a bunch of other motels.

I had to really put some muscle into the door handle to get it open. When I mentioned it to the lady at check-in she rolled her eyes at me. Not sure great first impression. I asked her if she had an extra pillow and a handicap accessible shower to accommodate my disabilities and she said, we don't do that here…even though there actually was an extra pillow in the room and the shower was handicap accessible. Once I was in the room, it was great and the bed was comfortable. The AC was very load and sounded like it had some serious issues though.

the staff was very accommodating to some special requests and were very friendly.

I was rob out of my money was locked out of the room because the key was demagnetized no one in the office

Nobody answered the phone, came to office withnus in foyer for at least 15 minutes, foyer door alarm sounded every time we opened it to GetManager attention, they did not answer phonebwhen called and Did znot answer service bell. Only One car on property. SCAM-we made reservation and NOT ABLE to usr this place because nobody there to check us in. We have been communicating Over a Week wirh Expedia to get the refund as it was booked through this company and To this Date NO help or refund. BEWARE THUS IS A SCAM-THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EXPEDIA NOT HELPINGBTHE CUSTOMERS . THERE WERE TWO OTHER COUPLES OUTSIDE AND CAME IN, EXPERIENCE SAME THING WE DID. EVERYONE HAS TO SUBMIT FRAUD CHARGES FOR A ROOM WE PAID FOR AND WERE NIT ABLEBTO GET HOTEL STAFFBTO CHECKNUD IN

Maintenance guy walked into our room at 12:45 am and said oops sorry wrong room, we have girls staying with us and it made them feel super uncomfortable and they were scared to fall asleep because of concerns of someone walking again unwelcome

It was a nice quick check in process and the lady at the desk was very professional

Check in was quick and hassle free. Woman in office was nice and professional. Staff helped me with everything I needed.

Very good customer services.

Upon arrival everything was up to part until 2hr after arrival there was no electricity and management gave me no answer as to when power would be restored. I was guaranteed full refund by management due to their establishment no being equipped wuth running electricity. An only received partial refound.

Aggrressive customer service, not able to communicate correctly. We booked two rooms and had proof but they kept arguing that it was 1 room so we left and didnt stay.

The train passes right in front of the hotel and the noise is loud and lasts for several minutes. It kept me away most of the night.

I stay there it good the room get cold eassy I love the channels premium and movies they have more because you can walk to a gas station buy stuff if you need good place to stay 😁

The hotel was filthy. Water poured out around the toilet when flushed. The room was full of mosquitoes. The property is across the street from the train, so it's super noisy. The police raided and busted drug dealers in the room next to us. We checked out early.

Terrible location & management Located across the street from train tracks . A freight train passed and shakes the ground every 30min to 1 hour . Add to that , no management or security was onsite while party goers coming and going from the property were loud, played extremely loud music in the parking lot . We got no sleep 1am -5am while this lasted. Nothing was done .
