The Entertainer - 5 Bed 5 Bath, 3 Storey Retreat

The property needs a lot of upkeep. Some simple examples; cobwebs everywhere, screws on the stairs which could have injured anyone bare foot; garage remote was broken (yet given to tenants); the light over the front door was not working so late arrivals meant fumbling in the dark; the shower in one of the ensuite was dirty; the door to the garage from the house was stiff and had to pulled hard to shut; the entertainment system was so old hardly worth having.For the price charged, the property was well below expectations. The only reason it has not been rated 1 star is due to location and number of rooms.

House was beautiful. Everything was clean and wouldn’t have an issue staying again. Few things though:1. Downstairs is freezing (communal area and convection heater doesn’t cut it) - ability to turn on fire would have been nice. 2. Top bathroom - when having a shower the water doesn’t go down the shower drain, but instead floods the whole bathroom - based on the water stains this has been occurring for some time - having us to then mop it all up (not something we should be having to do when on holiday).

An amazing house in a great location, spent the weekend wine tasting at the various local wineries

I booked 8 properties to house conference guests. The communication process and check in were flawless. And all the houses were presented beautifully.

Big house with well appointed rooms. Perfect for our large group of friends. Great contained courtyard for the dog to hangout. Short drive into town.
