The rooms were great! Beds are comfy and we all enjoyed the breakfast, lounge, and bar area. The staff was fantastic and helpful. They noticed an issue with our room and we're very accommodating to get us moved to a different room. The only drawback was the location; we knew we were staying far from Munich, but the bus situation was difficult!

Everything was great with a couple exceptions. First, guests are unable to control the temperature in their room which we especially needed to sleep cooler. Outside temperatures during our stay were on the cooler side. Yet their AC could not handle cooling the room down at night per the explanation given by staff. Secondly, we paid for a parking spot it could not always find one at the end of the day. Otherwise, our stay was exceptional.

The hotel overall was nice, the lobby was great, the staff were great, the breakfast was perfect. The only issue I had was; the rooms were too small, I booked a two Twin separate beds room for me and my adult son, on an Autobahn vacation and the room was way too small for two large male adults like us. I guess I should've booked 2 rooms. Also the area around the property is not accessible on foot, you need a car to get around anywhere, typical suburban property.

Nice room, clean, staff was helpful. Rooms didn’t have a fridge but they offer breakfast so it was not a big deal. Parking was available but very limited. Even though we paid and reserved it, we did not find parking onsite. We had to go hunting for offsite parking. This location is little far from city center so it is a bit of a drive if you want to cover tourist spots around city center.

Hotel simpatico rinnovato e con ottima colazione.Il servizio alla reception un po' caotico.Informazioni confuse sul parcheggio e per nulla chiaro che non c'è servizio di riordino camera e cambio asciugamani. Se non si mette il cartellino fuori dalla porta non passa nessuno. Al mio reclamo un po' seccati mi hanno fatto leggere un cartello sotto il bancone che era necessario chinarsi per leggerlo. Nessuna informazione in merito all'arrivo!!!....

After a very long flight, and then a very long drive, arriving at this hotel was an oasis in the desert of fatigue! The staff were friendly and very helpful. We hadn’t eaten so went to the vending machine for a chocolate bar. The vending machine kept a couple euro of our change and when I brought this up at the front desk it was rectified without any hassle which we very much appreciated. Our room was perfect. Clean to the point everything looked brand new and the temperature nicely cool. We highly recommend staying here!

The room was hot and the air conditioner rattled really loudly. When we brought it to the staff’s attention we were informed that’s how it is. We slept badly because of the heat and loud rattling. Definitely would not stay here again

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt. Es gab ein Frühstück zum satt werden, jedoch mit keinen besonderen Extras, aber alles hervorragend, sehr sauber und schick designt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, sogar mit Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen, haben einen tollen Stil und man hört absolut keine Nachbarn, so hat man auch kein schlechtes Gewissen wenn man als Pärchen etwas lauter im Bett ist.

New hotel nicely decorated with a good free breakfast. We were twice first time a very small room with difficulty to open the suitcase. There is no closit to put our cloths in. The second time we had a bigger room decorated the same and we liked it better. It is near a big road and meant for overnight stay.

Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar und zu warm eingestellt. Fenster auf wegen Verkehr keine Option. Man sagte uns, die Anlage berechnet einen Mittelwert, der für alle Zimmer gilt. Wenn alle zu warm einstellen, ist es also auch bei uns über 22 Grad nachts.

This hotel worked out for us. Easy to get to from Munich by car. Clean newer room. Still no AC after they decide to turn it off for the year. Had to open window and it was loud at times. Breakfast was included but lukewarm eggs and pancakes made it just ok.

Transportation to airport was sketchy. Told us taxi was better option than shuttle. Put us in taxi with another person and taxi charged us more all separately. Front desk in morning was very rude and not helpful getting us transportation to airport and that was why we booked hotel near airport.

This hotel is great. It's a shame that it is on an industrial park and not near any cultural or dining placesthe staff, especially Stefani was very helpful at every turn. If you have use of a car it is great but using cabs to go out for a bite isn't ideal. All that aside i would stay there again.

We stayed her because it was close to Dachau Concentration camp which we visited. The staff at the hotel helped us greatly with printing off some train travel tickets as well for the next few days. The guy (I am not sure of his name) last night (10 Oct 2024) went above and beyond to help us. The staff assisted with us getting to Dachau as well. Thank you very much, it was greatly appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to where we needed to go within driving distance. It was close to a gas station as well. Our check in and check out where wonderful, fast and efficient. The staff was friendly to helped us with exception of the staff member on the weekends in the evening- we staying Friday through Monday. The staff on Friday and Monday where wonderful. The only problem is that the young women working the counter on Saturday and Sunday night asked why we needed more towels. When my sister went to get more for us, she he women gave her a hard time. I had to turn around, go back down stairs, tell her I required more towels, and the I had reminder her that I did pay for the room as well as the service. I also reminded her that we do not use the same towel everyday and there are 2 females in the room. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Expresses world wide and this is the first time I was asked this! The same women also said that she only have certain foods items on a very big menu when my sister and I were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner- she replied she only had 1 item, however there was a full restaurant with menu and it was advertised as such. I was not happy and reported it to the front desk upon. The lady who listened was kind a and apologized on her colleagues behalf. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very good overall. Only problem was the location. To get to the city center you had a 10 minute walk, then a 15 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute train ride and then another 10 minute walk. We did this for 5 days in extremely cold weather and most days in the rain. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Munich city center.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von München, hat aber eine sehr gute S-Bahnanbindung. In ca. 30 Minuten ist man am Marienplatz. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls top. Vielen Dank.

Otelimiz gayet temizdi .Sabah kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve türk sğız tadına uygundu .Personel gayet nazik ve yardımcı oldu . Fakat otel münihe 45 km olması ve otopark’ın paralı olup 10 € gibi bir ödeme istemeleri beni şaşırttı.Niye ben şehir merkezinde kalmak yerine bu otopark parasını verip üstünede bir o kadar benzin ve trafikte zaman harcayacağım anlamadım . Araba ile gidilebilir fakat harici olarak zor diye düşünüyorum.Böyle kaliteli marka otopark ücretini kaldırırsa otel için daha iyi olur ..

O Holiday Inn Express em Olching é um hotel excelente, moderno e confortável, com a qualidade já conhecida da rede. O atendimento foi muito bom e as instalações são bem cuidadas. No entanto, deixo apenas uma observação importante para quem, como eu, não está de carro: o acesso ao hotel a partir da estação de trem não é prático. Não há passagem adequada para pedestres com malas, o que torna a chegada bem difícil. Além disso, para quem deseja conhecer Munique, a locomoção usando apenas transporte público pode ser complicada e demorada. No meu caso, acabei precisando encurtar a estadia justamente por conta dessas dificuldades de acesso. Para quem estiver de carro, certamente é uma ótima opção; mas para quem depender apenas de transporte público, vale considerar esse ponto.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. It was so easy to get to this hotel right off the freeway. It was close to the S-Bahn. The staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast was decent. No complaints at all! Thank you for a memorable time.
