Wonderful stay at the SunnyCroft Guesthouse. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and well appointed room with separate ensuite shower and toilet. Super comfy beds and lovely extra touch of high class toiletries. Free Wi-Fi, and tea coffee, even biscuits and a welcome confectionary treat! Breakfast was superb (full English plus cereals, fruit juice and yogurt!), we were so impressed we decided to have our evening meal at the Sunnycroft and were not disappointed - absolutely delicious home cooked full gammon roast with all the trimmings (plus extras!) including hearty starter and a scrumptious dessert at an extremely reasonable price! Location is fantastic, in a quiet residential street 5-10 walk minutes from the main shopping area, beach front, pier, tram stop, rail station and local buses. There is also an evening bar for residents. Chris and Erin were the perfect hosts and could not have made us feel more welcome. I highly recommend this guesthouse and needless to say we met many fellow guests who have been coming here for years - we will also return as soon as we can! Thanks again for a brilliant time!

The location is good, just a short 5 minute walk to the promenade. Parking was easy on the front of the hotel and there was plenty of on street additional parking available. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Llandudno.

Away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet at night but only a 5 minute walk from the main streets. Parking is a must for me and managed to get one of the 4 spaces but plenty of free parking in the many roads very nearby. Sunnycroft will be our go to place when available. Thank you.

We had a 2 night stay at this property. Kris & his family were very welcoming. Nothing was too much bother for them. There was the option to have an evening meal which.we did & it was delicious. The breakfast we had was also delicoous & freshly cooked. Only downside was the lack of parking, but we managed. I would defonitely recommend Sunnycroft Guesthouse.

The property is old need update, the bed is too soft with no support and the size is full size which is a little small for two adults. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Parking is on the street which makes us somewhat nervous, but the location is very close to town only short walking.

This was a lovely and relaxing stay. Excellent hosts, delicious cooked breakfast and perfect location. Off road parking and you can walk into town. The room was perfect and clean. Very quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. I would fully recommend staying at Sunnycroft.

Suveränt bra läge med bra parkeringsmöjligheter och gångavstånd till butiker, restauranger och promenader. Rummet var trevligt med skön säng, bra sittmöjligheter. Frukosten var helt ok med sitt utbud. Det enda jag kan anmärka på var att badrummet inte kändes så där toppfräscht utan lite slitet och med en opålitlig vattenberedare i duschen och varmvattenkranen i handfatet betedde sig märkligt.

Nice stay ground floor room very quiet, large room with plenty of storage space, lacking full length mirror ( personal preference) comfy beds, breakfast menu good selection cooked fresh. Two issues raised with owner hopefully they have now been resolved, wallpaper to exterior wall needs attention.

Bed had a mattress topper on which was dipping on both sides. Very uncomfortable and had very little support. Bedroom window was dirty inside and out, handles not fixed properly. Blind in bathroom dirty, shower soap holder rusty and had dried soap residue. Radiator rusty, sink plug chain broken. Expected better

A very welcoming and helpful host, also a great cook and the food was first class. Good, quiet location. Only minor point was bathroom could have been smarter and without a step down from the bedroom which wasn’t ideal. Otherwise great and would stay here again!

we really enjoyed our stay, Sunnycroft is tucked away just off the main street a perfect location and very peaceful, the breakfasts are great, our room was very spacious and spotless our hosts were lovely and welcoming and we will be visiting again.

Fabulous 2 night stay. Kris and Erin were very welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Food was expectional. We had the optional evening meal and we were not sorry. It was superb. Would absolutely recommend Sunnycroft. Situated in a quiet residential area but only 5-10 minute walk from town centre. We will be 100% be visiting again.

Had a good stay, Kris and partner very accommodating. Great location with parking on site or in local roads. Bed a bit uncomfortable but room really good plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast very nicely prepared and tasty. Would go back.

I stayed in the single room which was the same size as a double room. It was comfortable, cosy , clean , nicely decorated and well furnished.There's parking out front but that was taken but I easily parked outside.breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Small gripes,the room was warm but bathroom wasn't and the TV wasn't HD.

Very quiet house, on very quiet residential street. Lovely spacious single room, very comfortable bed, good choice for breakfast, very clean throughout, no noise from adjoining room. Walkable to west shore, North shore, pier, town, bus stops, train station. Loved my stay here.

The property is old need update, the bed is too soft with no support and the size is full size which is a little small for two adults. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Parking is on the street which makes us somewhat nervous, but the location is very close to town only short walking.

Good breakfast, cooked fresh. Only thought, a blind on the glass bathroom door. Yes, its frosted glass but with the light on, anyone on the bathroom was a clear as day doing what we humans have to do! It also meant daylight filled the bedroom eatlier than i would want to wake

The stay at the Sunnycroft was excellent. The breakfast was 5 stars and the room was roomy and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and Chris the host could not do enough for you, to make your stay memorable.

Always have a good time here. Kris and the rest of the team always take such good care of you and no request is ever a bother. The breakfasts are always first rate. The b&b itself is full of character and the rooms are exactly as per the photos - all recently renovated and very spacious. Came back with my sister this time and we were both pleasantly surprised by how much space we had in our room, including chairs and a table to sit down with a cuppa. You immediately feel relaxed and right at home after a day trekking about the place. The neighbourhood itself is lovely (very convenient location too) and the only thing you'd ever have to watch out for is mountain goats on the rampage tearing through everyone's gardens! Hoping to return again at some point in the future.

Another great stay at Sunnycroft, the owners are friendly and helpful, lots of little touches that make this priority stand out from others, location is perfect, parking is free and there is plenty on road parking nearby. We will be back again.

A very nice hotel.Kris and Erin are the owners and are brilliant.Will defo be going back.Food choice excellent.Choice off menu they dont rush you.Fresh orange,apple juices every morning.Rooms clean and tidy every morn with fresh tea,coffee,milk.Plus a radio.Very ideal for peace and quiet easy walking distance into Llandudno.Every shop u can think off is there plenty off cafes.I highly recommended if you want to go somewhere weather was an absolute scorcher.Open bus guide is a must have

Stayed for two nights, nice and quiet area about 8 minute walk to the pier. Our hosts were very friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was superb. I would highly recommend anyone staying here and we will definitely be going back in the future

Super comfy beds and lovely extra touch of high class toiletries. Free Wi-Fi, and tea coffee, even biscuits and a welcome confectionary treat! Breakfast was superb (full English plus cereals, fruit juice and yogurt!), we were so impressed we decided to have our evening meal at the Sunnycroft and were not disappointed - absolutely delicious home cooked full gammon roast with all the trimmings (plus extras!) including hearty starter and a scrumptious dessert at an extremely reasonable price! Location is fantastic, in a quiet residential street 5-10 walk minutes from the main shopping area, beach front, pier, tram stop, rail station and local buses. There is also an evening bar for residents. Chris and Erin were the perfect hosts and could not have made us feel more welcome. I highly recommend this guesthouse and needless to say we met many fellow guests who have been coming here for years - we will also return as soon as we can! Thanks again for a brilliant time!

Really great place, super clean room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Kris is super friendly and helpful, doing everything he can to make us welcome. The location is good, just a short 5 minute walk to the promenade. Parking was easy on the front of the hotel and there was plenty of on street additional parking available. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Llandudno.

We have just spent a Three night break here. A family run business, who are so welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent and tasty, there is the opportunity for evening meals , and a excellent choice. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be going there again.

Really enjoyed our stay, would definately come back. Rooms were lovely, breakfast were nice, staff really welcoming and fab, bar prices amazing (£7.50 for 2 large wines and a larger!). Location great, walking distance to town and the front. Nothing negative to say. Thank you for having us!

The host and staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. The room was a good size with an en suite shower room. Very nicely decorated with tea and coffee provided and a large tv to top it off! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Guesthouse was spotlessly clean throughout. We were greeted by Chris who was very welcoming, as were all of the staff when we spoke to them. We were able to park our car outside the guesthouse, having space for up to four cars (free parking on the road outside). Breakfast is freshly cooked, and it is delicious. Tea/ coffee and fresh juices available, as well as a variety of cereals and yoghurts. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the area. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful, 10/10 on the breakfast aswell weas delicious and set us up for the day’s activities, wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again.
