Flott beliggenhet, rommene var som forventet, ingen luksus, men ok. Frokosten var ok. Alt i alt var det eit greit opphold.

Excellent location with generous double room facing the sea. Staff worked on our behalf with enthusiasm, efficiency and good humour always. We enjoyed perfectly prepared meals in a relaxing setting with characterful references reminiscent of Beer’s fishing heritage. The building was tired, externally and internally.

The beach view was fantasti. We had a clear view of the beach a d the sea. We were lucky to get in to the Fore Street caroark which is next to the pub and it was safe and secure. The village of Beer and jndeed the Anchor have been favourite places for us. However the Anchor looks tired and dated and in need of a major overhaul. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout but appeared to be leaderless. There appeared to be noboy in charge. Whi h is unusual for a pub, with rooms.
