As we were not sent a key code, we could not access our room when we arrived. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to get hold of someone but the help number just went to answerphone. There was no back up and no one on site could help. We almost left. We are older disabled people, we needed facilities and rest. We were very frustrated. We were offered one night's refund. The room was clean but basic, and there could have been better nearby parking- we moved bins to park closer to the room.

Very useful location as we were travelling north and wanted to break the journey. Good value for money. Basic but clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were done remotely and straightforward. I would use it again.

We only took a nap there and then got back on the road, but the place is quiet and clean great for the price.

We had a really lovely time. The food was quite nice. andis very quiet not many people round but it was very nice. My daughter and myself really enjoyed it.
