The staff were very friendly and courteous and the setting on the lakeside is very picturesque. Our room was very tired and in need of refurbishment and the dining area could similarly do with an upgrade. The hotel was noisy with maintenance going on in another part of the site and loud music being played on a neighbouring site from the early morning . We felt it was expensive for the quality of the accommodation

no breakfast included. we booked the Lakeview room via Expedia, and in the options there was only option of half board and full board, no breakfast option. so we assumed breakfast is included. at check-in they said breakfast is not included and we have to pay extra. with the room so costly, it really doesn't make sense to have no complimentary breakfast in it.
