The people managing this site are genuinely some of the most incompetent people I've dealt with. They will outright lie in their communications and are unable to handle the simplest requests like getting them to fix the fridge led to a chain of emails more than 20. Three calls and 20 emails back and forth later, they finally agreed to come by and fix it two days later. I can't recommend them to anyone. The switches for a lot of their electrical devices was kind of faulty so I would see appliances randomly shutting off. I asked for a late checkout and yet their cleaning staff kept trying to come in at 11 a.m. because no one told them. They also agreed to refund me some partial amount for the money I lost throwing food out. Never saw this refund and hotels.com never received it. Liars, Incompetent, and Poor Communicators. Any other options available, take that over this place out of self-respect.

Do no stay here! They are subletting 1 room in the building and the person next door blasts music all night long! The noise from the street during the day is unbearable and obnoxious. Only the light next to the shower works in the bathroom. The screens in the windows aren't secured and just leaning up against the window. The blind in the living room area outlooking the street doesn't fully close to give privacy. The pillows are huge and uncomfortable! Any issues that arouse the contact have no control over, and just say we'll contact the building manager. They are often unresponsive. I did not feel safe being in the area at night and would tell families with kids to stay away!

Floors were dirty. Kitchen had tiny ants.

Modern spacious apartment. The rooftop garden with views of the Hollywood sign was great. Location was great. Short drive to all the main attractions.

This was in a great location, a rooftop space, and it had it's own parking garage under the building (with chargers for electric cars). This we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and had ample space. But all the windows had terrible shades. There was a large bright digital billboard outside the building that seemed to be on all night. This place needed "blackout" curtains or shades. It was so bright inside that we had difficulty sleeping. After the first night we had to buy sleeping eye masks, which were not easy to find.
