There was no staff. Online check-in did not work. We called two phone numbers, and got little to no help. Pretty stressing after a long day. Got in, eventually, to an okay room, worn though. Breakfast was fine. Startet late, though, at 8.

Nobody was in reception when I arrived the at night. I needed ask help with a sir there that contacted by phone the hotel manager and they unlocked an emergency key room. Today, it was the same case to may check-out where nobody was at the reception to receive the key. The room quality is good and big. The problem of this hotel is the terrible assistance. Also, they will take money for you pay the towel. If it’s necessary to pay, the information should be included on Expedia. I do not recommend it!

Ok hotel i forhold til pris. Slidt hotel med møbler fra 90 erne med store overfladeskader. Super hjælpsomt personale. Fin morgenmad i salon med gulv, der knirkede så meget at samtale i perioder er besværlig. Var meget skuffet over "have" som beskrevet på Hotels.com. Der var en misligeholdt terrasse med knæhøjt ukrudt og afskallede havemøbler. Sidste aften fandt vi skøn park med bænke og stier bag supermarkedet PUG. Her er også rislende bæk. Vi havde bestilt suite. Måtte bede om almindeligt værelse i stedet grundet varne fra de mange vinduer i suiten.
