Clean, new. Room small but great for a good sleep. Wonderful breakfast. What surprised me is that parking cost 5 GBP and had to be paid to a third party via app or give info to get a receipt. Plus, no way to pay other than giving card info to who knows.

Overnight stop to have an early start at Silverstone, and it really didn't disappoint.... clean, friendly, quite and with good parking. For those wanting more than us there was an overnight bar and reception with food offering which lots of guests were using...that you couldn't hear the second you shut the door to your room. All round just what we needed.

Great location for the M40 and Bicester Village, easy to get into town for the restaurants too with plenty of parking available. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept, rooms are compact but comfy, shower is lovely with Dove shower gel and shampoo provided. Breakfast had a good selection, we were seated straight away, and it didn’t feel too busy. Check in and out was quick and easy. Overall a great experience and would definitely book again and recommend to others.

First time staying at the Holiday Inn, Bicester. Plenty of parking for a discounted rate of 5 per night, which is not bad really. The finish of this hotel is very modern extremely clean. Customer service on check-inn was very good, even asked if there was any special measures they needed to know in the event of a fire. The rooms are lovely! Clean again! Great spot for a night or two. Will definitely stay here again!

Staff were lovely. They started to serve breakfast an hr early for those going to the Formula 1 and had to go bags/could make you up a breakfast roll to go to save time. The rooms were lovely too. Couldn't fault this hotel one bit. Two of the EV chargers were broken but staff were eager to inform the EV charging company to ensure they would get fixed. Never impacted us during our stay as we either charged with one of the other charges / had enough charge when they were all full.

Reception were excellent at solving a couple of issues. Firstly we'd incorrectly booked two twin rooms when we needed one of them to be accessible. Reception sorted this out over the phone and ensured we had an accessible room with an adjoining room which made life so much easier. On arrival we had some issues with the car charger, all resolved and compensation provided without us even needing to ask. We've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express before and the quality was excellent as before. Great rooms and a super breakfast. Very helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Reception sorted this out over the phone and ensured we had an accessible room with an adjoining room which made life so much easier. Entered room bed very scruffy. Went to put stuff on window sills. There were dead flies on it. So obviously not cleaned for a while. Late at night tried to close the curtains the whole lot on the right hand side fell on me. As it was very late did not call anyone as no way was I able to change rooms at that time of night. Or want a stranger in my room trying to repair it. By the look of the ceiling there were brackets missing. So not the first time this had happened. So then did not have the good sleep that I expected. As one curtain not enough to keep out the light. Then breakfast too was a bit of a fiasco. Hot food kept running out, tookthem far to long to replenish. So so disappointed stayed at this hotel many times with no issues, will need to come to Bicester often in the future. So not sure if we will return to this H II

Check on was great and got the room I was hoping for. After that first night.the aircon didnt work properly all week they had to reset it twice. Room 443. The monday moring the TV lost it channels and had to be retuned twice but never recovered and on check out I still only had half the channels I did when I checked in Sunday night.... after numerouse complaints and visits to reception I gave up. But managed to get 2 nights refunded... and a couple of drinks. It wouls have been better for me to ha e all the room facilities working. Dissapponted..

Family of 4, 2 teenagers, family room no where near enough. Second bed is a large single, not really big enough for 2 people. It was a bargain price but next time will get 2 rooms. Breakfast was included and was of very good quality.

Ac not working, traffic noise bad so vouldn't open window. We asked to be moved to another room next day, they did but couldn't guarantee the ac would work. It did and we slept tge second night. Breakfast good, staff nice. Management needs to fix ac in all rooms, bad business for Holiday Inn franchise.

Great Bank Holiday weekend stay, very good location (apart from Bicester itself). Only 50 mins to Bouton-on-water & other Cotswolds locations. Hotel is great, very accommodating, helpful & friendly staff throughout. Room was spacious & had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely, varied & tasty, saw us through most of the day! Thanks to all the staff, considering it was very busy with tourists as well, no ques at check-in & no need to wait for tables at Breakie.

Great long weekend stay…. What excelled most was the amazing customer service provided by staff, special mention to Ausie at the reception, Emma at the restaurant and Nora at reception. These three were brilliant and made us feel valued as guests.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Bicester for a weekend as we were attending a wedding nearby. The staff were all very friendly, from reception to the breakfast room and the lovely ladies cleaning the rooms. Everybody had a friendly smile and were very helpful and professional. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast on offer was also very good in my opinion and there was a constant refilling of everything. We would not hesitate to stay again. Well done team Bicester!

Stayed for 1 night to properly enjoy Bicester Village with my husband. The hotel was very easy to find, it is extremely close to Bicester Village and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was nice and clean, the front desk staff was very helpful and very friendly. We had a great time.

Excellent location if staying over for shopping at Bicester Village. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Good value for decent size double room with breakfast.

The hotel was all new. Room was very clean and the bed was very spacious. Location was good in a quiet area so you don’t get bothered by any noise. If you bring a car, that’s £5 per night and there’s a pay machine at the lobby. Staffs were very kind, too. It was a very pleasant staying there. Definitely recommendable.

Great location for the M40 and Bicester Village, easy to get into town for the restaurants too with plenty of parking available. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept, rooms are compact but comfy, shower is lovely with Dove shower gel and shampoo provided. Breakfast had a good selection, we were seated straight away, and it didn’t feel too busy. Check in and out was quick and easy. Overall a great experience and would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great location for Bicester village and reasonably priced. Cooked buffet breakfast included which is a bonus and discounted parking. Room is spacious and clean. Better than some higher end hotels that over promise and under deliver.

Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff and an ok breakfast. The air conditioning never works and the dinner menu is now very limited ... no salads??? Comfortable bed, good shower, so would recommend!

Convenient location for where we needed to be, sufficient parking, friendly staff. Cleanliness could be improved - lots of stains on the carpet, wasn't vacuumed very well, though this could be due to the vacuum cleaner supplied. Stained towels so we requested replacements. Bed was OK but mattress needed replacing - not very supportive, could hear the springs as you moved around / sat up. Breakfast room was very busy, a struggle on Saturday morning to get a clean table. Selection OK but often short of items (croissants, eggs, bacon). This may have been due to staffing issues as one lovely lady was running around doing almost everything (cleaning tables, bringing food out, clearing the coffee machine etc). She needed someone else with her to also work that hard! So overall, OK given the price point but if staying in the area again I'd be inclined to pay a little more for the class above

The room was good, bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. As two vegans visiting we found that we were not catered for. We pay the same as any other guest but feel that we don’t get the same sort as service. No vegan sausages or bacon, not even any mushrooms. There were not vegan spreads/butters so toasts wasn’t an option. Had to ask for plant based milk. No vegan yogurts. So we basically had hash brown and beans and fruit as our choice. Not acceptable in 2023 and not up to the standards we expect after having positive experiences in other holiday inns. Left us leaving the hotel disappointed ☹️

We stayed for the MotoGP in Silverstone. A lot of closer hotels were booked obviously and I remembered this placed. I’m glad we were slightly away from circuit as there was a lot of amenities close by like a big Tesco and Bicester village was 5 minutes drive. On arrival the staff were professional and courteous and gave us a lot of information. The hotel was spacious and I liked the decor. The room was clean and had HOOKS on the walls which were really useful. The room was very clean and fresh. The bedding was clean and smelt nice. The beds were comfy. Only stayed one night so it was everything I needed. Only slight blot was there was a coffee stain on the floor that wasn’t cleared up but it is due to the fact that the drinks making materials are based on a shelf were things could fall off easily. In short, great place to stay with loads of parking and easy access to major roadways.

Super easy to find from M40, parking very convenient Very quiet, breakfast well organised, good selection and quality. Bar has craft beers, not just the usual John Smiths etc! Wheelchair friendly outside and inside.

The stay here was amazing, I would have given 5 stars for everything, however my only reservation for doing so was that the air conditioning in the hotel wasn’t working, so the room was quite hot, even with fans…. Apart from that, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was sufficient for our needs and ultimately, overall, it was a beautiful stay.
