We were staying off season so might be different when busy but hotel and rooms were very clean and breakfast buffet had many different options. Pool facilities were great and never crowded. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked a room with a sea view. When we got to the allocated room, it overlooked the rooftop of the spa. Back to reception where they changed the room without much drama. The second one was much better with good views over the ocean and marina. Good size bedroom and a large bathroom and lounge area with a small balcony. There's a nice pool area and sun loungers next to it. Outside there are a number of restaurants and bars within a few seconds walk on the boardwalk overlooking the marina. Breakfast was good too. Overall we'd stay again and would recommend.

The hotel location was safe and quiet. The hotel itself was modern witb a gym and pool, very clean and amenities. The staff were very curteous and friendly wirh prompt response. The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. We would go back in a heart beat!! It offers an amazing experience at an affordable cost

Stayed for one night on our way to The Garden Route. Hotel was nice, quite large and modern. The best part was its location. It was right on the marina and so we were able to walk to several restaurant options. Sunset drinks and dinner over the marina was memorable! Hotel itself is clean and very nice. Parking was underground and secure. Overall, a good choice for a quick stopover.

The room did have a few things that needed to be cleaned properly when we arrived, but housekeeping sorted it very quickly. The room and the view was beautiful. I will definitely be staying there again.

A disappointing end to a wonderful trip to SA. Room was on forth floor, no elevator from 3rd to 4th floor. Had to haul our luggage up and down. (other hotels in SA had porter assistance). No hairdryer in the room, requested one from reception it didn't arrive. The television screen had two big white spots - internal lenses broken. Room was the smallest we had in SA. There was an issue with the sewers in the hotel and the underground carpark was flooded with a foul smelling water. Patrons transferred this on their footwear into the lifts which stank for the 3 days we were there. We had a nice meal one evening so invited 3 guests to join us on our final evening. Without doubt this was the worst, most disgusting dinner I have every had in a hotel anywhere in the world. I ordered a pork fillet, I got a lump of uncuttable gristle, on a sloppy gloopy mound with burnt vegetables. I was inclined not to make a fuss to avoid spoiling the evening but my guests noticed I wasn't eating. A weak apology from the manager worsened the situation. An offer of a replacement came too late, the 4 other diners had finished their main courses. Our servers remained courteous throughout, it was not their fault. I would probably not have written this review, except the Krystal doubled down with a weak, wringing hands apology the following morning - My meal was not charged on the bill seemed to be the cure all remedy. Not so Krystal this was a most disappointing event which spoiled our evening and stay.

A hidden gem and accidental find but so glad we came here to stay. Outstanding family room, which I felt was incredible value for what we paid. Very clean and comfortable, plentiful toiletries and amazing view. The communal areas of the hotel could have been cleaner but overall was acceptable. Breakfast was the only downfall for the duration of our stay. Very crowded, lack of tables, cutlery, food was sparse. Long waits for the coffee machine/chefs section.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was so clean, spacious and the staff were very friendly. Set in the perfect location and our room was overlooking the sea and harbor, with a spacious balcony. This is where i will be staying next time i visit.

We are a family of four who had an 8 night stay at the Krystal Beach Hotel which we consider to be a five star rating (for a four star hotel). Excellent location with fantastic views over Gordon's Bay. Many great aspects to the hotel to support the five star rating including: the family room was very spacious for the four of us, comfortable bedding for excellent nights sleep, daily cleaning/maid service, friendly staff, healthy and filling daily breakfast, good range of meals and drink at competitive prices prices served in the restaurant, access to a gym and many other positive aspects

Super Lage, sehr sicher am Strand in die Stadt zu laufen, auch abends. Nicht gut ist der Wasserdtuck im Handwaschbecken und der Dusche,man muss das Wasser viel länger laufen lassen,das macht wenig Sinn. Würden aber trotzdem sofort wieder hinfahren.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut

I recently stayed at Krystal Beach Hotel and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was easy and quick, making for a stress-free arrival. The hotel offers great value for money, and the room was large, clean, modern, and very comfortable, with an excellent view. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower and bathroom were nice and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a great area with many different restaurant options nearby. The buffet breakfast was superb, and the live piano music created a relaxing and smooth atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely visit again!

Området er et dejlig sted, tæt på strandet, hvilket var én af det grund til at vi købte opholdet. Aircondition er vigtigt for os, hvorfor vi bl.a. har valgt dette hotel fordi det har aircondition. Desværre var aircondition ud af drift. Der var så varmt på værelset uden ventilation, hvilket vi fik dårlige søvn pga. varmen og blæsten mens vi var der. Området er et dejlig sted, tæt på strandet, hvilket var én af det grund til at vi købte opholdet. Aircondition er vigtigt for os, hvorfor vi bl.a. har valgt dette hotel fordi det har aircondition. Desværre var aircondition ud af drift. Der var så varmt på værelset uden ventilation, hvilket vi fik dårlige søvn pga. varmen og blæsten mens vi var der. We arrived at 3 pm which is after the 2 pm checkin start time. Our room was not ready until 4:30. That was disappointing and frustrating as we wanted to unload and go. We had to check our bags at the front desk. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Before arriving, we requested a cot for our little one. When we got there we had to remind them and they just put a single matras in the room. My husband ordered room service and waited and hour, when we phoned to follow up they never put the order in. We had no towels after the room was being cleaned so once again we had to go to reception. Overall our stay we did enjoy.

I’ve stayed with you a few times now over the years. Overall, it’s very nice hotel - clean, great location. But, your cleaning staff in the mornings are incredibly loud in the hallways. No regard for guests that are on vacation and maybe trying to get a few minutes extra sleep. When asked to be a bit quieter, they just glance over and continue talking at a VERY high volume. Very rude and disrespectful.

I recently stayed at Krystal Beach Hotel and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was easy and quick, making for a stress-free arrival. The hotel offers great value for money, and the room was large, clean, modern, and very comfortable, with an excellent view. The hotel location was safe and quiet. The hotel itself was modern witb a gym and pool, very clean and amenities. The staff were very curteous and friendly wirh prompt response. The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. We would go back in a heart beat!! It offers an amazing experience at an affordable cost

We had a very nice holiday, staff friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, on our last day the service was very poor (maybe because it was busy). Drinks by the pool took over an hour to arrive, drinks were warm and part of order was missing. Additionally a burger that we had ordered was very very undercooked. The staff did rectify our order but all this took time which was a big shame on our last day.

Super Lage, sehr sicher am Strand in die Stadt zu laufen, auch abends. Nicht gut ist der Wasserdtuck im Handwaschbecken und der Dusche,man muss das Wasser viel länger laufen lassen,das macht wenig Sinn. Würden aber trotzdem sofort wieder hinfahren.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut

Stayed for one night on our way to The Garden Route. Hotel was nice, quite large and modern. The best part was its location. It was right on the marina and so we were able to walk to several restaurant options. Sunset drinks and dinner over the marina was memorable! Hotel itself is clean and very nice. Parking was underground and secure. Overall, a good choice for a quick stopover.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was so clean, spacious and the staff were very friendly. Set in the perfect location and our room was overlooking the sea and harbor, with a spacious balcony. This is where i will be staying next time i visit.

A disappointing end to a wonderful trip to SA. Room was on forth floor, no elevator from 3rd to 4th floor. Had to haul our luggage up and down. (other hotels in SA had porter assistance). No hairdryer in the room, requested one from reception it didn't arrive. The television screen had two big white spots - internal lenses broken. Room was the smallest we had in SA. There was an issue with the sewers in the hotel and the underground carpark was flooded with a foul smelling water. Patrons transferred this on their footwear into the lifts which stank for the 3 days we were there. We had a nice meal one evening so invited 3 guests to join us on our final evening. Without doubt this was the worst, most disgusting dinner I have every had in a hotel anywhere in the world. I ordered a pork fillet, I got a lump of uncuttable gristle, on a sloppy gloopy mound with burnt vegetables. I was inclined not to make a fuss to avoid spoiling the evening but my guests noticed I wasn't eating. A weak apology from the manager worsened the situation. An offer of a replacement came too late, the 4 other diners had finished their main courses. Our servers remained courteous throughout, it was not their fault. I would probably not have written this review, except the Krystal doubled down with a weak, wringing hands apology the following morning - My meal was not charged on the bill seemed to be the cure all remedy. Not so Krystal this was a most disappointing event which spoiled our evening and stay.

Very clean and comfortable, plentiful toiletries and amazing view. The communal areas of the hotel could have been cleaner but overall was acceptable. Breakfast was the only downfall for the duration of our stay. Very crowded, lack of tables, cutlery, food was sparse. Long waits for the coffee machine/chefs section.

We are cyclists from Australia and travelling the world now for 5 years. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were amazing and accommodating. We were able to safely store our two bicycles which was important to us. The pool and spa was great, had a lovely massage. The gym had everything we needed. Great breakfast and close to restaurants for evening meals.

The room was as advertised, however would have been better with a Queen sized bed instead of a Double bed. The view was wonderful and the room was spacious. The breakfast was not the best and the pastries were hard (i.e. Not soft and fresh). The menu for dinner was not well advertised nor could be easily found without having to go downstairs to the restaurant, which was inconvenient.
