My family and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was beautiful and breakfast was great. The two down fall is there is no pool (not a deal breaker) and the parking garage is across from the hotel. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Parking could have been a bit better but understand there’s construction going on. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. We had 2 families not show so went to the front desk that they weren’t coming and they could reissue their rooms if it was needed, and you we were met with “we aren’t that full and you’re being charged for the rooms anyways”. We weren’t asking for a refund, we were trying to be nice and inform them, just felt kind of rude on their part.

This is a nice hotel. The King room with sofabed was pretty spacious, and things were clean. The parking was a little inconvenient, but it was free. A couple minor maintenance issues (I am very picky) were that the bathroom door didn't work properly and the shower wall was loose in the back.

We like the setup of the SpringHill Suites rooms. The rooms are clean and well designed. The only negative is the “barn door” to the bathroom. It wasn’t aligned correctly and difficult to close. Also, and this is true for all hotels, the 2 USB ports between the bends were destroyed and unusable. This particular SpringHill Suites in Dublin Ohio is in the middle of a construction zone so there can be some noise. However, that little piece of Dublin in great with many restaurant at walking distance and the area is very pretty.

I loved my stay here! The staff were extremely pleasant and asked if I had any room preferences. The market had many options of snacks, food, and beverages. My room was a corner room with an amazing view. I definitely will be staying again.

I loved how big our room was! (313) It was everything we hoped for. Very spacious and very clean. The kids loved it and so did we. :) Very peaceful hotel as well. Highly recommend!!

The stay was good, but the room layout isn't great. The barn door for the bathroom does nothing for noise reduction. When the bathroom light is on it shines right through the door into the bed. The blower for the heater/AC unit is loud and the lack of a simple refrigerator is inconvenient.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, and the staff was great. However, all the USB ports in the room did not work. Our pillows were very flimsy. And the glass door in the bathroom lit up the entire room when you went in there to use the restroom in the middle of the night, waking up everyone else in the room.

Our stay was nice but we didn't sleep great while we were there due to noise from other rooms. The walls are paper thin and you can hear a conversation going on from the room next door. The hotel states quiet time starts at 11pm but many guest were running up and down halls and had gatherings in room way past 11pm. They did move our room but it only helped some with noise. Other than the noise, it was clean and staff was nice.

I love how clean my room was . It is so roomy and it is very quiet here . Check in was the best ,, the host I believe Stacey and the other beautiful young lady were so sweet.. the security officer was definitely doing his job and very friendly as well . All of the restaurants and bars are close . Will definitely come back for a staycation.

Great hotel. Wonderful location close to restaurants. Clean. Large bathroom. Can hear stomping of children staying in nearby rooms. Breakfast has god options. This was our second visit. Will return if ever in the area again.

We were allowed to check-in an hour early, states there is no breakfast but there is. Super facility with adjacent, free, parking garage in a cute little area.

The front desk team were not the best at accommodating. We called for extra towels to be delivered to our room and were told to come downstairs to pick them up because they did not have the staff available. Considering we were paying $350/night it would have been nice to have a better experience.

This overnight visit was uneventful, which is meant in a good way- everything met and exceeded our expectations- no need for any extra assistance in any way…. From the booking to the clean rooms and morning breakfast and to the checkout- everything was excellent about our stay!

Parking was available, but not attached to the hotel. Luckily we stayed it was nice weather to walk back and forth. Very clean. We had a noon check out tome so we could sleep after a late night. Breakfast stopped at 10, so we just missed it. Our refrigerator was not cold. Barely cool. When we were getting up and lounging when about 30 minutes later we had light knock a couple times before we got to the door. It was a lady from housekeeping. She said "Oh sorry,sorry. It's ok. It's ok" As she was backing away from our door. Then another 30 or so minutes we were all packed and just getting a plan before we get outside and the male from the first knock and entry from housskeeping just unlocked and walked in our room. I understand that not everyone "checks out" and those that have left can have the room cleaned. But if we say noon at 10am don't come back an hour later and barge in. Not the most secure feeling for 4 females staying.
