I’m taking the time to write a review because I love boutique hotels. This boutique hotel is by far my least favorite one in Dallas for the following reasons: Very short staffed in all areas. Front desk not super friendly. Housekeeping didn’t clean room & then said twice the dnd sign was on door when it wasn’t. When calling for towels, coffee & water the staff never showed up. I called again. They brought part of the items and had to make another trip. The bathtub did not hold water. The rinse gadget for bathtub was extremely rusty and leaked all over the bathroom. The window shade only closed 3/4 of the way so there was no sleeping in. There were only 2 tiny windows in bedroom and none in living area. The couch did not smell good. No extra blankets in closet. It was very dark. There were very few plugs and very few lights. Very difficult to fix hair and makeup with 3 women.Valet left us to load our heavy suitcases into the car when we were checking out. The pool and pool area is tiny & has terrible scenery. The coffee bar in the room is in a tiny corner on a tiny table. You have to practically kneel to make your coffee. Road noise is very loud. We did love the hotel restaurant. We appreciated the water temperature in the tub that did not hold water. The beds were comfortable. But that’s it for positive comments. I highly suggest you pay the extra money for a real boutique hotel in Dallas.
