GlobalStay Modern Condos Downtown Calgary

The accomodation was acceptable, clean and tidy. We felt that the policy to take your shoes off when entering the accomodation and to wear slippers, that had been provided was a no go for us particularly when they had obviously been used prior to our stay. We are not the type of people that abuse the property that we are staying in and felt that we were being watched. Too many rules made us feel uncomfortable. We had booked 2 nights but decided to leave after our first night.

Apartamento bom, bem localizado. No entanto estava sujo : cabelos na banheira, as toalhas e roupas de cama anteriores dentro da secadora, impressão que limparam às pressas. As instruções para acessar o estacionamento foram ruins : não avisava que precisava um aparelho que estava no quarto. E no check in, ninguém atendia para liberar a entrada. Também não achei bom cobrarem por fora um valor alto como caução.

The management was misleading. We asked for a paid parking space for security reasons. We received a key for entry into the parking garage. There was no indication that we did not receive a parking space. Very poor communication and all communication is through delayed messaging. If we had known they couldn't provide secure parking, we would have cancelled the reservation. I think they deliberately did not tell us about the lack of parking for this very reason. This area of the city has open drinking, prostitution and drug dealing. These were all observed as we drove around trying to find parking. We had to resort to parking in a surface lot with limited lighting and no security.

The room itself was nice, although there was no detergent for the dishwasher. The communication about the booking is extremely difficult with multiple messages which need to be clicked through three times and no certainty of their importance. The parking was improperly communicated after paying and resulted in a large delay in entering the unit.

Un apartamento bien equipado , complicado el Check in pero se logró. Tiene la enormes ventaja de que cuenta con Parqueo , no está mal y bocado pero para ir a pie hay mucho indigente en la calle
