Welcome @ ROES, our holiday home in Roeselare, the heart of West Flanders. The house has a private parking and sauna, and is located close to the city center. Within walking distance you will find the train and bus station, a supermarket, a bakery and butcher, shops, cafes, restaurants, ... The location is perfect for a city trip, a business trip, shopping, or relaxation. Because of its central location, staying in Roeselare is perfect when you plan to explore the North Sea or cities such as Bruges, Ypres, Kortrijk, Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp or Lille (France)? Guest have access to the entire house. The house has 2 bedrooms for 4 guests. There is also a spacious bright living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you will find the cozy garden with terrace and BBQ. We want to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Therefore, we provide plenty of sheets and towels, a TV, a washing machine, as well as extras such as tea, coffee, and salt and pepper. In the relaxation room we offer a new therapeutic "Health Mate" infrared sauna. Using this quality sauna is available on request and thus not included in the price. The infrared sauna is ideal for relaxing and has a large number of scientifically proven benefits such as: - relieved muscle and joint pain - recuperation after exercising - supports immune system - lowers the stress level Babies are certainly welcome with us as well. On request, we provide free of charge: baby bed (1 or 2), high chair, stroller (Maxi-Cosi), and from Baby Björn a baby carrier. In short, everything is available to enjoy an pleasant stay! LOCATION The house is located in a quiet street just outside the city center. A bakery, butcher, supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance (500 meters). The cinema, (sports) cafes, restaurants and the main shopping street can also be reached on foot (max. 1 kilometer). In addition to numerous cycling and walking routes, there are various attractions nearby such as the Rodenbach brewery, the cycling museum, Rumbeke Castle, Sterrebos, De Spil, ... The house is not only perfectly located for a city trip, a business trip or a shopping weekend in Roeselare. The central location also makes it possible to discover beautiful places nearby such as: the North Sea historic cities such as Bruges, Ypres, Kortrijk, Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp & Lille (France) nature and theme parks such as 'het Zwin', Bulskampveld, De Gavers, Bellewaerde & Pairi Daiza (30-70 by car) monuments such as Menin Gate, Beguinage, Belfries and Cathedrals (+- 30 minutes by car) A longer stay with us is therefore interesting.
