Property was very clean and neat the areas very close to everything but the couch was not very comfortable to sit on. Bed was good though.

Very nice and very clean property, fully equipped kitchen. With coffee and a few treats on the counter and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. Peter the owner met us when we arrived and was very helpful. A great place to stay.

This is a clean, renovated location near downtown Orillia. The unit is accessible via stairs, is large and open, with deck access from the suite. The queen size bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The washroom includes laundry facilities. Parking on site. Friendly welcoming hosts. Would recommend and stay again when back in Orillia.

The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook and serve meals. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Really nice place to stay in Orillia. Clean, comfy, modern renovations, open concept, and easy parking. Located within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Stayed here to enjoy some skiing and winter cycling at Hardwood Hills ski resort.
