Residential cul-de-sac walking distance to centre, private pool, free AC wifi

Villa located in a lovely quiet area, outside space was smaller than expected. Kitchen could do with updating as its very tired looking, bathrooms have all been updated and are lovely. Would be nicer to have double beds in upstairs bedrooms. Fully equipped with good hair dryer and the kitchen was equipped with mostly everything needed for a self catering stay. Outside the pool is lovely, but the table and chairs for outdoor dining could do with replacing 2 chairs were broken and there was no hole in the table for the parasol Our only real complaint is that we booked the villa due to the advertisement of the games room, but upon entry the room smelt damp and it was covered in dust, the billiard table was unusable no balls!! However if there was balls we wouldn't have used it due to the state of the room. We closed the door on it all week. If you are booking because of this beware it wasn't useable at our time of staying May 2026.Would we book again - unfortunately no however the villa was fine for a 5 night short break like we had.

Very disappointed with everything, not really a holiday home, feels like someone's house from the 80s dated furniture mostly surplus to requirement, not 1 comfortable chair inside our outside, no cushions on the plastic chairs or on the chairs on balcony. We had to cover allOur clothing with plastic bags because of the smell from the wardrobes. Oven had no tray so not possible to cook pizza. The downstairs room smelt bad as it has no natural ventilation it could not be used. On arrival the fridge freezer was not working, and there were cockroaches in the living room. The upstairs shower was leaking so badley that it could not be used, Internet extremely slow. A nice house in a good location, but in great need of some TLC. The agency did take care of our concerns by sending cleaners and an electrician and their maintenance manager, but none of this should have been necessary.
