The 101 is very very noisy from am 5.30 about the workers. Spa was crowded,no bed around the pool,it is problem because we were with a baby. The breakfast good,but the most waitress do not speak English and the service very slow,every morning we had to wait 20-30minutes for a food. The hotel was fully booked… Bathroom is small.. People on the reception really polite and they speak English🙏

Very convenient if travelling by train as only a few minutes walk from station. Breakfast had large selection of hot and cold food and a cooking station for omlettes, etc to be made to order. Pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna suite.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Nosalowy och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet – särskilt för familjer som kombinerar skidåkning med avkoppling. Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd från centrum. Faciliteterna håller mycket hög standard. Vårt rum var helt fantastiskt: stort och rymligt, beläget på femte våningen, med två badrum och gott om plats för hela familjen. Städningen var exemplariskt skött – rummet ordnades varje dag, vi fick fräscha handdukar dagligen och till och med örngotten byttes redan efter två dagar, vilket verkligen visar på deras känsla för detaljer och komfort. Vi var här främst för skidåkningen, men måste erkänna att SPA-avdelningen snabbt blev en favorit efter långa dagar i backen. Här finns tre bubbelpooler, en större pool samt en lite mindre men riktig varm pool. För vuxna finns dessutom tre olika bastur, vilket ger gott om variation och möjlighet till total återhämtning. Personalen förtjänar ett extra stort plus – alla vi mötte var otroligt vänliga, professionella och hjälpsamma, och fick oss att känna oss genuint välkomna från första stund. The 101 is very very noisy from am 5.30 about the workers. Spa was crowded,no bed around the pool,it is problem because we were with a baby. The breakfast good,but the most waitress do not speak English and the service very slow,every morning we had to wait 20-30minutes for a food. The hotel was fully booked… Bathroom is small.. People on the reception really polite and they speak English🙏

Wonderful hotel- Conveniently located. Extensive spa with numerous hot tubs, saunas and other aquatic features. Vast breakfast buffet with wide range of options including omelet/poached egg station. Marilor restaurant on-site was our best meal in town and is a reasonably priced Michelin-recognized restaurant. Concierge, Christopher, was extremely helpful, provided some top tips and assisted us in planning the 3 days we were there. Rooms had all the amenities expected and are beautifully decorated---photographs on website don't capture sufficiently.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are great and have everything you need. A nice spa with different saunas, a pool and three jacuzzis. The restaurant was nothing more then ok, and the breakfast didn’t even have youghurt one day and the quality of the juice is nothing you expect from a five star hotel.

The hotel was well located and very walkable - close to the train/bus station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were large, lovely and quiet. Our king bed was comfortable. The room temperature control was very good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice food selection with made to order eggs and nice variety of hot/cold items. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup.
