Excellent breakfast altho coffee machine is a bottleneck (why isn't there a coffee urn to speed up the process?) Room could be updated especially the bathroom. Entry door frame to room and wall badly scuffed - needs repainting. And a very hard wooden but quaint chair was very uncomfortable to sit on. Balcony needs another chair and a table to put drinks on. Had to put glasses on the floor. In this day and age there needs to be more charging outlets in convenient locations bedside the bed and desk area. Location is excellent for attending the Verbier Festival with bus stop close by to go to the centre of town.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and the staff even folded our clothes. We also got upgraded free of charge to a bigger room.The bus station was close to the hotel so it was easy to go to the ski lift. Would really recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was here with our two teenagers to ski. All of us loved the whole experience. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful, patient, and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, and the convenience to the village/base gondolas was terrific (15-20 minute walk or the frequent buses). The kids used the spa once or twice and loved it.
