Hotel is clean, new and in excellent conditions. I did not receive any benefit with my VIP status, neither the discount in the restaurant. They forgot to clean the room one day even with the sign to clean it and I had to call once I arrived which made me to go out and losing 1 hour. Breakfast is good, it could be better. Room and bed are excellent. Pool is warm = Excellent Gym = basic however can do the exercises I need Overall , really liked the hotel = excellent

Rooftop bar is great. Included breakfast was actualy great value for money - location is great for business. Nice and safe. No where near as pricey as the name brands and more friendly - cosy. Great team.

Vi var overvældede af den fantastiske service vi fik fra check in til check out. Fantastisk lækkert hotel, LÆKRE værelser, lækker pool, sauna og træningslokaler. Skøn restaurant hvor hotellet gav os et hurtigt “pisco saur” kursus. Vi elskede dette sted. De gav os en uforglemmelig hoteloplevelse.

Vi var overvældede af den fantastiske service vi fik fra check in til check out. Fantastisk lækkert hotel, LÆKRE værelser, lækker pool, sauna og træningslokaler. Skøn restaurant hvor hotellet gav os et hurtigt “pisco saur” kursus. Vi elskede dette sted. De gav os en uforglemmelig hoteloplevelse.

An excellent hotel for a business or pleasure trip. The staff were amazing, calling me by my name each time and every day. I have never experienced this, so hats off to them. The only downsides, and I am being picky here, for me were 1. the layout of the bathrooms and 2. the music in the bar/restaurant/breakfast room. I found it a bit too much, especially at breakfast where I would prefer to have a quiet environment, and when you hear the same music for 10 days in the evenings, it gets a bit off-putting. Also, I found, but that was because of the relatively cold weather, the dining area was sometimes a bit draughty. The location of the hotel is excellent, with plenty of dining possibilities within walking distance. There is a very good meat grill restaurant within a 100m walk, Los Ganaderos, for example which makes the location perfect! Finally, the swimming pool is heated but due to the cold, I didn't use that area at all during our stay.

This is the second time that I am staying at this hotel and like the first, I had a nice stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nadia did a nice job with the check in and Carlos and Carolyn in the restaurant are a pleasure to interact with. The area that the hotel is located in is great to walk around with a shopping center close by. I liked and used the gym at the hotel. I highly recommend Casa Andina Premium Isidro and would stay at this hotel on future visits to Lima.

The courtesy, happily answering all my questions, some orientation I needed, explaining all amenities; Alfredo was amazing; room spotless and super comfortable bed with like 6 pillows which I LoVe! Also great restaurant on site with delicious breakfast and also had my dinner one night as I was too tired to go out. Great cocktails also! Loved my stay here.

Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and we were greatly delayed a the airport, so got in near midnight and had to leave relatively early the next AM. But we enjoyed our short time there; it was clean, safer, and quiet and the ultra modern rooms were very nice. The buffet breakfast was about the best we have ever had anywhere. The staff were gracious and professional.

There is a nothing special VIP service. And tax issue is still unsolved that I am not admitted to pay due to VISA letting me stay for max 6 months. Besides that kind of experience, room is a neat and clean!

Es un hotel estupendo para ir a hacer negocios o si te queda cercano los lugares a San Isidro, para turistas que quieren conocer Lima es un poco lejano y no redituable con los Ubers o taxis ya que tiene mucho tránsito Lima

10/10 starts for the Staff! The courtesy, happily answering all my questions, some orientation I needed, explaining all amenities; Alfredo was amazing; room spotless and super comfortable bed with like 6 pillows which I LoVe! Also great restaurant on site with delicious breakfast and also had my dinner one night as I was too tired to go out. Great cocktails also! Loved my stay here.

Hotel is clean, new and in excellent conditions. I did not receive any benefit with my VIP status, neither the discount in the restaurant. They forgot to clean the room one day even with the sign to clean it and I had to call once I arrived which made me to go out and losing 1 hour. Breakfast is good, it could be better. Room and bed are excellent. Pool is warm = Excellent Gym = basic however can do the exercises I need Overall , really liked the hotel = excellent

Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and we were greatly delayed a the airport, so got in near midnight and had to leave relatively early the next AM. But we enjoyed our short time there; it was clean, safer, and quiet and the ultra modern rooms were very nice. The buffet breakfast was about the best we have ever had anywhere. Excellent location. The hotel is very modern and the staff are very friendly and kind. Love the breakfast they had a variety of food, fruits and beverage….restaurant staff were very nice!!! I will definitely book my next trip here at Casa Andina!!!😍

The hotel is very well located and the property is nice, clean and modern. The staff is really attentive and they provide genuinely good service. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast has plenty of options, however my stay was heavily affected by maintenance issues and poor execution. 1 week before my arrival I was informed that the pool would be under programmed maintenance but that it would reopen by the day of my arrival, however it remained closed during that entire day, and when it finally opened the water was freezing cold due to heater problems. Unfortunately, this issue continued throughout the stay. On a 7 days stay, we were able to enjoy the pool only 1 day. The biggest disappointment was loud construction and nonstop drilling above our room at 8pm, which eventually forced us to change rooms late in the evening after a long day, having to pack everything, etc To their credit, management refunded one night and the staff made an effort afterward, but overall the hotel did not feel fully prepared to operate at the level expected for the price and experience promised.
