Simpelthen fantastisk! Vi er en lille familie på 2 voksne og 1 dreng på 2,5 år, og vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold. Vores ophold var i midten af maj, og vejret var skønt, med kun lidt regn om natten den ene dag. Skønt område, og smukke strande tæt på. Vi har kun gode ting at sige om resortet. Personalet var utrolig venlige og meget opmærksomme. Vi fik altid hurtige og fyldestgørende svar på vores henvendelser i receptionen, og alle steder vi mødte personale, blev vi mødt af smil og fantastisk humør. Maden var intet mindre end fantastisk! Meget stort udvalg og mange spændende og yderst velsmagende retter. Der var især virkelig mange lækre fiskeretter og kokkens risotto og pastaretter nød vi hver aften! Morgenmaden var skøn at vågne op til, og servicen med æg og kaffe var virkelig god. Vi benyttede os af caféen med pizza på resortet til frokost, og de var også virkelig velsmagende. Udendørsarealerne var utroligt smukke og havde en skøn atmosfære. Vi nød godt af børnepoolen og legepladsen der altid var rene og dejlige at være på. Og aldrig har vi mødt så søde og kælne æsler! Vi besøgte også børneklubben som vi blev overraskede over var så stor. Falky var et dejligt indslag, og børneklubbens personale gjorde det virkelig godt. Resortet stod så flot og vel vedligeholdt, det var en fornøjelse. Til personalet: mange tak for et fantastisk ophold, I gør det virkelig godt og vi nød virkelig at være gæster hos jer! I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Lots of children activities. Staffs were very attentive at kids club, especially David. Private beach access. Food was nice, especially barbecue. House keeping staff were lovely. Only disadvantage is that drinks and beverage were on the expensive side in the bar.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage wunderbar in einer kleinen Bucht gelegen, mit Privatstrand. Speisen und Getänke sehr gut. Personal sehr nett und kinderfreundlich Das Hauptgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren mit unserer jüngsten Tochter (2 Jahre alt) ein paar Tage im Falkensteiner Capo Boi. Für (kleinere) Kinder ist das Hotel bestens geeignet und lässt mit einem Streichelzoo, Kinderpool, Kids Club und schattigem Spielplatz keine Wünsche offen. Das Buffetfrühstück ist in Ordnung, das abendliche Halbpensionsbuffet ebenfalls. Das Service passt für ein 5-Stern Hotel allerdings nicht wirklich. Dass man sich die Strandtücher am Pool selbst holen muss, hatte ich in einem 5-Stern Hotel nicht erwartet, auch war es nicht verständlich, dass sich all die Tage niemand gefunden hat, der welke Blätter aus dem Pool fischt oder das Kinderpool vom Sand befreit. Überhaupt ist der Erhaltungszustand des Hotels mäßig. Löcher im Verdunkelungsvorhang der Zimmer, fehlende Fliesen im Kinderclub, brüchige Stolperfallen bei den Wegen durchs Hotel, eine gewellte Bodenfolie in den Pools, über Tage Vogeldreck auf den Spielgeräten, tote Spinnen auf den Tagesbettpolstern und beständig rinnende, defekte Duschen beim Pool und am Strand sind alles Sachen, die man mit ein wenig Sorgfalt leicht beheben könnte. Allein man tut es offenbar nicht. Das darf bei einem 5-Stern Haus nicht passieren, insbesondere weil der Preis des Aufenthalts sehr wohl 5-Sterne-hoch war.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the location is stunning. The beach at the hotel is beautiful with different areas to explore and water sports on offer. Kento restaurant overlooks the sea with spectacular views and the food and service were great. We travelled to the hotel with our two children, 4 and 7 years, and they loved it. The kids club staff were great and very attentive, particularly Mateo and Maxi. There is a disco every night which they loved, along with movie nights. The activities are fun and engaging. The breakfast options at the hotel were great, annd there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice each morning, although towards the end of our stay it seemed to get quite busy and slightly understaffed. Dinner was great and the setting really was exceptional. It did feel slightly repetitive after several nights, particularly the options on the BBQ, although by the food served was delicious. Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, the only downside was the service at the pool and beach which was slow, and the pizzeria was terribly staffed and unorganised. The pizza however was great. The gym at the hotel does not feel like a five star. It is tired and doesn’t feel clean. Every morning we had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on which wasn’t ideal for a gym that’s supposed to be 24 hour. There was hardly any mats and the ones that were these were dirty and worn. Overall the hotel and location were great.

Resort in phantastischer Lage, allerdings niemals ein 5 Resort, Zimmer groß, Vorhänge in den Zimmern mit Löchern, 4 Pools mit Kinderpool, kleiner Strand mit Liegen. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist nicht sehr gut, eher auf dem Niveau einer guten Kantine, das Essen einfach und einfallslos, Der Service sehr oberflächlich und nicht sehr freundlich, da ist es noch ein weiter Weg bis der 5 Sterne Anspuch erfüllt sein wird. Als 3 Sterne Resort empfehlenswert, als 5 Sterne Resort schlecht.

Tolles Personal, leckeres Essen – aber enttäuschender Check-out. Das Team war die ganze Woche über großartig – besonders Sandro und Michele im Restaurant. Wir waren mit unserer jüngsten Tochter (2 Jahre alt) ein paar Tage im Falkensteiner Capo Boi. Für (kleinere) Kinder ist das Hotel bestens geeignet und lässt mit einem Streichelzoo, Kinderpool, Kids Club und schattigem Spielplatz keine Wünsche offen. Das Buffetfrühstück ist in Ordnung, das abendliche Halbpensionsbuffet ebenfalls. Das Service passt für ein 5-Stern Hotel allerdings nicht wirklich. Dass man sich die Strandtücher am Pool selbst holen muss, hatte ich in einem 5-Stern Hotel nicht erwartet, auch war es nicht verständlich, dass sich all die Tage niemand gefunden hat, der welke Blätter aus dem Pool fischt oder das Kinderpool vom Sand befreit. Überhaupt ist der Erhaltungszustand des Hotels mäßig. Löcher im Verdunkelungsvorhang der Zimmer, fehlende Fliesen im Kinderclub, brüchige Stolperfallen bei den Wegen durchs Hotel, eine gewellte Bodenfolie in den Pools, über Tage Vogeldreck auf den Spielgeräten, tote Spinnen auf den Tagesbettpolstern und beständig rinnende, defekte Duschen beim Pool und am Strand sind alles Sachen, die man mit ein wenig Sorgfalt leicht beheben könnte. Allein man tut es offenbar nicht. Das darf bei einem 5-Stern Haus nicht passieren, insbesondere weil der Preis des Aufenthalts sehr wohl 5-Sterne-hoch war.

Einzigartiges Hotel in Bezug auf die Bausweise, leider aber ohne leckeres Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich und monoton. Zusätzlich waren so viele Kinder da, dass die Lärmbelastung sehr hoch war - teilweise wurde auch mit den Fingern vom Buffet gegessen. In den Lärmschutz im Restaurant sollte auf jeden Fall investiert werden. Dafür gab es (nur!) tagsüber leckere Pizza. Auch die Aktivitäten im Hotel waren überschaubar, was umso wichtiger aufgrund der ablegenen Lage ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Aussicht sehr schön. In Summe wir das Hotel einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht gerecht.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the location is stunning. The beach at the hotel is beautiful with different areas to explore and water sports on offer. Kento restaurant overlooks the sea with spectacular views and the food and service were great. We travelled to the hotel with our two children, 4 and 7 years, and they loved it. The kids club staff were great and very attentive, particularly Mateo and Maxi. There is a disco every night which they loved, along with movie nights. The activities are fun and engaging. The breakfast options at the hotel were great, annd there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice each morning, although towards the end of our stay it seemed to get quite busy and slightly understaffed. Dinner was great and the setting really was exceptional. It did feel slightly repetitive after several nights, particularly the options on the BBQ, although by the food served was delicious. Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, the only downside was the service at the pool and beach which was slow, and the pizzeria was terribly staffed and unorganised. The pizza however was great. The gym at the hotel does not feel like a five star. It is tired and doesn’t feel clean. Every morning we had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on which wasn’t ideal for a gym that’s supposed to be 24 hour. There was hardly any mats and the ones that were these were dirty and worn. Overall the hotel and location were great.

We really loved the location the view the hotel was very nicely design. The Mediterranean style really fit the vibe. The food was excellent. The service staff was inefficient understaffed, and it was hard to get service. The front desk personnel was professional and amazingly friendly every time all time. Hi I’m 11. I’m the kid who went to the Kids program. The kids program is great and they give you time to explore and they give you a lot of attention. They have fun activities planned every day and at the end of the night every night they have disco tech at 8:30 tonight.. I would like to mention some of the staff members, Greta, Sophia, Vincenzo, Maxine and Elena I felt safe there and they acted as friends. I will come back.

I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Simpelthen fantastisk! Vi er en lille familie på 2 voksne og 1 dreng på 2,5 år, og vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold. Vores ophold var i midten af maj, og vejret var skønt, med kun lidt regn om natten den ene dag. Skønt område, og smukke strande tæt på. Vi har kun gode ting at sige om resortet. Personalet var utrolig venlige og meget opmærksomme. Vi fik altid hurtige og fyldestgørende svar på vores henvendelser i receptionen, og alle steder vi mødte personale, blev vi mødt af smil og fantastisk humør. Maden var intet mindre end fantastisk! Meget stort udvalg og mange spændende og yderst velsmagende retter. Der var især virkelig mange lækre fiskeretter og kokkens risotto og pastaretter nød vi hver aften! Morgenmaden var skøn at vågne op til, og servicen med æg og kaffe var virkelig god. Vi benyttede os af caféen med pizza på resortet til frokost, og de var også virkelig velsmagende. Udendørsarealerne var utroligt smukke og havde en skøn atmosfære. Vi nød godt af børnepoolen og legepladsen der altid var rene og dejlige at være på. Og aldrig har vi mødt så søde og kælne æsler! Vi besøgte også børneklubben som vi blev overraskede over var så stor. Falky var et dejligt indslag, og børneklubbens personale gjorde det virkelig godt. Resortet stod så flot og vel vedligeholdt, det var en fornøjelse. Til personalet: mange tak for et fantastisk ophold, I gør det virkelig godt og vi nød virkelig at være gæster hos jer! We really loved the location the view the hotel was very nicely design. The Mediterranean style really fit the vibe. The food was excellent. The service staff was inefficient understaffed, and it was hard to get service. The front desk personnel was professional and amazingly friendly every time all time. Hi I’m 11. I’m the kid who went to the Kids program. The kids program is great and they give you time to explore and they give you a lot of attention. They have fun activities planned every day and at the end of the night every night they have disco tech at 8:30 tonight.. I would like to mention some of the staff members, Greta, Sophia, Vincenzo, Maxine and Elena I felt safe there and they acted as friends. I will come back.

The staff were amazing. They provided excellent customer service. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. They offered a wide variety of food and all was extremely delicious. And the location on the water was fabulous.

Tolles Personal, leckeres Essen – aber enttäuschender Check-out. Das Team war die ganze Woche über großartig – besonders Sandro und Michele im Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Terrasse zum Frühstücken und Abendessen einfach wunderschön. Allerdings waren Speisen und Getränke insgesamt recht teuer. Unsere Villa war leider stark feucht und roch modrig – einige unserer Sachen mussten wir deshalb entsorgen. Die Anlage insgesamt war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Insbesondere die Außenanlagen waren wunderschön bepflanzt. Trotzdem hätten wir das Hotel empfohlen – bis zum Check-out: Uns wurden 380€ für den Transfer berechnet, obwohl wir eine schriftliche Bestätigung über 226 € hatten. Der Fehler wurde nicht eingeräumt, ein Kompromiss abgelehnt. Uns wurde sogar angeboten, den Transfer 20 Minuten vor Abfahrt zu stornieren. Sehr schade – engagiertes Personal und schöne Anlage, aber unprofessionelles Management.

Der Orangensaft schmeckte nach Schale. Das Besteck mussten wir uns selber Zusammensuchen.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the location is stunning. The beach at the hotel is beautiful with different areas to explore and water sports on offer. Kento restaurant overlooks the sea with spectacular views and the food and service were great. We travelled to the hotel with our two children, 4 and 7 years, and they loved it. The kids club staff were great and very attentive, particularly Mateo and Maxi. There is a disco every night which they loved, along with movie nights. The activities are fun and engaging. The breakfast options at the hotel were great, annd there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice each morning, although towards the end of our stay it seemed to get quite busy and slightly understaffed. Dinner was great and the setting really was exceptional. It did feel slightly repetitive after several nights, particularly the options on the BBQ, although by the food served was delicious. Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, the only downside was the service at the pool and beach which was slow, and the pizzeria was terribly staffed and unorganised. The pizza however was great. The gym at the hotel does not feel like a five star. It is tired and doesn’t feel clean. Every morning we had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on which wasn’t ideal for a gym that’s supposed to be 24 hour. There was hardly any mats and the ones that were these were dirty and worn. Overall the hotel and location were great.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage wunderbar in einer kleinen Bucht gelegen, mit Privatstrand. Speisen und Getänke sehr gut. Personal sehr nett und kinderfreundlich Das Hauptgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Einzigartiges Hotel in Bezug auf die Bausweise, leider aber ohne leckeres Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich und monoton. Zusätzlich waren so viele Kinder da, dass die Lärmbelastung sehr hoch war - teilweise wurde auch mit den Fingern vom Buffet gegessen. In den Lärmschutz im Restaurant sollte auf jeden Fall investiert werden. Dafür gab es (nur!) tagsüber leckere Pizza. Auch die Aktivitäten im Hotel waren überschaubar, was umso wichtiger aufgrund der ablegenen Lage ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Aussicht sehr schön. Lots of children activities. Staffs were very attentive at kids club, especially David. Private beach access. Food was nice, especially barbecue. House keeping staff were lovely. Only disadvantage is that drinks and beverage were on the expensive side in the bar.

The Falkensteiner is definitely an upscale resort. We enjoyed our stay. Given the price point, the resort should have provided as much free water as guests needed/wanted, not just 1 bottle a day.

Resort in phantastischer Lage, allerdings niemals ein 5 Resort, Zimmer groß, Vorhänge in den Zimmern mit Löchern, 4 Pools mit Kinderpool, kleiner Strand mit Liegen. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist nicht sehr gut, eher auf dem Niveau einer guten Kantine, das Essen einfach und einfallslos, Der Service sehr oberflächlich und nicht sehr freundlich, da ist es noch ein weiter Weg bis der 5 Sterne Anspuch erfüllt sein wird. Als 3 Sterne Resort empfehlenswert, als 5 Sterne Resort schlecht.

I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

We really loved the location the view the hotel was very nicely design. The Mediterranean style really fit the vibe. The food was excellent.
