We enjoyed the grounds..the free range birds.plus little gator.staff had to help us change from the ,: suite to regular king room.. be honest they were both clean. I just Loved acquaint suites, with stairs..plus terrace. The pool was warm,heated with salt water..I enjoyed our stay , very much. .I have pictures not use where to send..

Check in was very pleasant. Hotel grounds are very pretty. Spanish stlye. Cute courtyard and nice pool area. They have a pond with a covered area and a charcoal grill to use. The rooms are updated and have everything you need. Very relaxing. Will stay again.

Comfiest beds and very clean! We had a great room experience and customer service experience. My only complaint is the the side door to the building doesn’t close all the way so it’s not locked 24/7 and that was a safety issue! But overall we had a really amazing experience!

The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the staff was friendly and room was fairly clean. Not very quiet until 1-2 am, and then by 8 lots of commotion at the pool. Not complaining, just the way it was. Also, the security door that say’s locked 24 hours was propped open at night. Maybe due to painting?

We couldn't even stay there. They had no power, they had no idea when it wouldn't be back. Terrible experience no manager on sight yo get a refund. We had to stay at another hotel.

They only clean the pool once a,week on Wed. Unable to use it. They told us it would be cllosed all week then let people swim in a Diety pool .People can get sick from this.We beought our children so they could swim. Could have just stayed home .wasted 3 days.

This was a nice stay. Its tucked away, away from the city. So its a very quiet area. Beautiful older hotel revamped. Very pretty around the pool. And pool deck. How ever the pool was a huge disappointment. It was murky dirty. Filthy to be exact. Which was one of the reasons I picked it. never once was brave enough to use it. My room was nice. But tv was awful. you had to download your own accounts. No basic live tv. I had the desk lady come down to help. Said there was. But then really didn't know either. And then said she was going. To sit in our room to hide? But other than that we stayed for 3 days. Visiting family. Pool and Tv were my only issues. Oh and my hall way smelled of pot bad. All the time. But what ya going to do?

There were stains on the sheets and pubic hair all over the shower and used soap in the shower. It was disgusting. Until they upgrated me to a suit which was nice besides mold in the shower and bad smell. The walls were paper thin i was woken up at night by weed smoke and partying.

Checked in and checked out within 30 minutes, currently awaiting a refund due to multiple cockroaches in room. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes, as if they masked the smell.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! When i first arrived there was a lady in the lobby being asked to leave by josh at the font desk after stating she had mental issues and a shouting match started! Then the room that me and my family was given had BLOOD on the sheets!!! I almost threw up!! Then josh tried to calm me down saying all the rooms were booked and he came up and changed all my bedding and said he was so sorry and promised me he would comp my entire stay!!! He Lied!! Then when we were trying to somewhat rest sitting up in a chair because we were scared to get in the bed my cell phone rang and it was Josh again at 1159 pm saying they needed to come in my room that time of night saying they had to check for leaks all in my room!! I was horrified!!! Josh apologized again saying he doesn't care what management says he was going to comp my room for the entire stay due to everything that keep going on with us!!! I was so pissed and upset and then found out they all lied!! I spoke with a Amy at the front desk who assured me the manager named Val would call me and she NEVER DID!! I kept calling back and I also spoke to a Mel who said the same thing and it was all a lie!!!! I am very upset and I want all my money back for this horrible Hotel!! Please stay away and don't ever book here because they will take you money and treat you badly and give you the most disgusting hotel ever!!!

Clean comfortable updated room and lobby/breakfast area. The location felt safe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Inside hallways add to the safety.

The staff were friendly, but the property was very nasty. We had people come in our room to put a chair in there (while we were not there), but they did not take the dirty towels or even remake the bed... remotes were hidden and the couch... ew... just ew... everything was dirty except the lobby. Pool was gross and had nasty black tiles and dirty bottom. Our bathroom shower had a pubic hair on the wall. The whole hotel room was very gross. Photos on website did not match the true picture.

The floors were dirty, our feet were black 30 minutes in without shoes and socks on. The walls and doors had severe scratch marks and holes that looked like someone halfass covered up. When you woke up in the mornings you get woken up by a sewage/poop stench. The hallways and rooms smelled like cigarettes, like they tried using cheap middle aged biker women purfume. There were bugs and roaches crawling on the ceiling and walls. Housekeeping will bang on your door after 1pm to see if you want more towels and if you don’t answer after them banging on the door for 5 minutes they will use a key and walk in and help themselves. As soon as you walk in the lobby you get smacked in the face with a very strong chemical perfume smell. Please save your money and do not stay here. Extremely dirty place.

Honestly I know it was a budget hotel, so I didn’t expect it to be amazing - however, there were 4 cockroaches when we opened our door. The floors, counters, and sheets were dirty. The room was simply not well cleaned or take care of. In an older style “motel” you expect to see some things that need attention, but this was beyond. At the very least - clean the room. I will never return here and next year in our annual trip to Brandon/Tampa area, we will stay somewhere else. The one thing I appreciated was that the grounds were nice, lobby had been recently redone and the continental breakfast was nice as well.

The the properties interior and exterior was very clean and bug-free, the staff were all nice and acomadating. Plus the beds were very comfy. We will be back in the near future for another visit.

The rooms are clean but very stark. What they call a closet is nothing more than a cubby or cutout into the wall, as it does not contain any shelving or a rod to hang your stuff. The stairs in the lofts are steep, narrow, and dangerous. The TVs are kind of out date; no Netflix or YouTube access, they were not smart TVs. They were hung oddly high on the walls and were kind of small too. The carpet in the hallway of the second floor is stained everywhere and has one long stain like someone dropped something and dragged it a from end to the other of the hallway. There is NO ELEVATOR!!!! How do you have a second floor without an elevator? The "continental breakfast" is a joke. There is no ice machine on the second floor. Don't be fooled by the quaint pretty pictures of the outside. Yes the place is clean and the staff is nice but the rooms are odd, stark and sparse.

I don't know if the rooster that started crowing at 3am has a name, but I had some choice names for him. Room 201 has a weird loft that felt rickety, a bed that makes loud sounds with every slight movement, and a view of the dumpster. Breakfast was basically fruit loops and coffee. Courtyard is pretty -- be sure to get a room facing that.

This is my third time staying at this property in the last month. Rooms are incredible, they have a king suite which is two stories, the downstairs has a pull-out couch and a bathroom and the upstairs has a king bed and a bathroom like a two bedroom apartment! Very unique. Service is great; there's always someone at the desk willing to help, free breakfast is excellent including a waffle station and a topping station for yogurts. Overall a five-star experience for right around $100 a night

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and I like it. Overall it is clean and a nice place. Typically I’m very satisfied with the room and services there. My only dislike this stay was the mattress needs to desperately be replaced in room 105.

We had a suite with a balcony overlooking a pond with a little alligator, birds, ducks and a rooster. It made us feel like we were out in the country. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evening s. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles and cereal. We were very disappointed in the choices so ended up going out to breakfast every morning.

Property itself is very pleasant and lofts are spacious, even if not cozy due to hardwood floor throughout. Upstairs bedroom had no blinds or darkening curtains at all on the three windows and there was an outside light right outside my room! Made for a miserable night's sleep. Buffet breakfast was good and varied

The breakfast was very basic. No eggs, meats or potatoes. Just waffles that you make yourself and cereals. Definitely needs improvement. We could not get the TV or wifi to work either. Big disappointment.

Strange “Feng Shui”/room layout. Very clean, comfortable bed. A little too much light coming into the room with shade down. Could not get cool water in the shower. It took awhile to get the hot water to go down to a usable level.

Location was good but the beds were old and broken. We laid down and rolled to the center. No middle support what’s so ever. Made for a difficult and uncomfortable sleep.

I showed up five minutes early never check in but my room wasn’t ready which was understandable. The front desk receptionist told me she would give me a call so I left to do shopping with my daughter. I waited for three hours and never received a call which was confusing and frustrating. When I returned to the hotel the receptionist asked how she could help me. I replied that I was waiting for a call that my room was ready for me to check into which I didn’t receive she apologized and said she got busy which I understand but she was sitting and eating which made me feel like I wasn’t important or a valued guest. There was tape on the floor of the room as if a repair didn’t get done before renting the room out. The back of the bathroom door had tape over it as well instead of repairing it before renting the room out.

My overall experience was very good. I stay at this location every month, and I am always impressed with the hospitality. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and very understanding. I would especially like to recognize Falghuni, the manager, as well as Joy at the front desk, along with the rest of the team. They are always welcoming, easygoing, and make my stay comfortable every time.

Whenever I’m in town I prefer to stay at this location. Ram at the front desk is awesome and the rest of the staff really goes out of their way to make things nice while youre staying at the property.

The A/C in our room wasn't working and they had maintenance there within 2 minutes. It couldn't be fixed quickly, so they moved us immediately. They were so friendly at the front desk. The upgrades were gorgeous. I will definitely stay again when we go to concerts at MidFlorida Ampitheater.

So clean. Decor of the rooms is very updated and modern, very clean, very cozy. Lighting is absolutely amazing for hotel selfies. Easy parking and access to room. Very close to I75 so it’s easy to find. Will definitely stay again for my future events.

This hotel is in a quiet area. I enjoyed the scenery and the cleanliness. The ac in the room wasn’t cool at night and I was a little hot, but it’s was an overall nice stay. I would stay here again, I was in the king suite.

We were pleasantly surprised Inn’s normally have not so good facilities and my husband hated me for booking Quality Inn. Turned out it was refurbished and now Clarion. The smell was very pleasing & Charlie was ver pleasant and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean. A couple of not so pleading is the ceiling in the bathroom is slightly open, the stairs in the unit were were too narrow and steep. Nonetheless, we had pleasant stay. Julieta Solomon

Said breakfast included but was only a continental breakfast. They did have waffles, cereal, yogurts, yogurt toppings to add in, oatmeal, coffee, apple and orange juice, oranges and bananas. Room was good and clean. Pool was kind of small but decent. Pretty quaint hotel.

You cannot call breakfast what was served. Few cups of yogurt, some bananas some cereal and a waffle maker. My husband had the machine juice and got diarrhea from it because that's the only thing he had. Not very desirable breakfast, considering how much it was per night they could of done better on the breakfast. Also when we arrived from our event Saturday evening there was Police presence. Don't know what had occur and I was not about to go and get involved 😒

When arriving outside, everything looked great. But when getting to the Room, it smelled bad. Starting the AC either for cooling or heating made it smell worse (mix of stinky socks/mold). The breakfast was not good at all. All you could choose was basically a bagel, 4 different cereals and waffles. Nothing else. Coffee was also extremely bad, never tasted coffee that bad before. Overall, not worth the money at all, definately would not recommend going there.
