We had heavy suitcases and the list was broken!! We were on 3rd floor !! What a start. The concierge was good and helped. Room was ok but no English tv !!! No conversion on tv either.. Breakfast was great with great views from the top restaurant

We arrived at 7.50pm and only there for a short time as needed to leave at 4am for a flight. There was nowhere to buy water without cash (only from a vending machine), no bar or restaurant on site. We were desperate for a drink and the receptionist said she would prepare our breakfast boxes as we had an early start and some water would be in those. They never arrived. In the morning nobody was around to help us get a taxi so we ordered an uber. The driver came and called and said the gates to the hotel were locked and we had to struggle half a mile up a track with our luggage in the dark to meet the uber. It’s an awful place - don’t go there unless you are getting married or want to make a remake of the shining.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Loud in morning with students outside window, and difficult check in process. One entrance/exit makes difficult when kids are getting out of classes.

I enjoyed my stay; Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel was clean, quiet, and rooftop had an amazing view of the countryside.
