We had a great stay! The host was very responsive when communicating and helped us ensure the infant crib was available for us to use. Breakfast was a big plus, and the parking was right next to it. It was easy to take the bus into Bari as it stopped right across the street.

Beautiful location, five minute walk to the beach and you can walk down the beach and find many restaurants in Santo Spiritu! We also enjoyed the breakfast they had in the morning, still dreaming of the pastries and the fruit juices they offered. They also had a beautiful garden in the front of the Bed n Breakfast. Villa Pina was quite the piece of paradise. The owner was very kind and attentive, he and his wife were very helpful.

Lovely rooms, welcoming reception. It is a bit noisy from other room guests in the corridor or when the toilet flushes. We were not too keen on the breakfast; limited and somewhat cheap choice. It was all very sweet like chocolate cake and sweet croissants. Scrambled eggs could be ordered on request. However, you could easily park in the field next to the hotel.

Seul point qui dérangera un peu ceux qui souhaitent un silence complet, on peut entendre les mouvements le matin. Je recommande.

ci eravamo già stati e siamo tornati con piacere. La struttura è nuova e curata, camera confortevole anche se questa volta era un po' piccola, materassi veramente comodi, comodo parcheggio recintato proprio a fianco.

Piccola e deliziosa struttura a due passi dal mare di Santo Spirito, vicina all'aeroporto, di facile accesso. Camere un po' piccole ma dotate di tutto il necessario. Buona la pulizia degli ambienti. Insonorizzazione da migliorare, forse per un autoclave o un generatore che ronza di continuo. Menzione d'onore per la comodità del letto e dei cuscini. Molto buona la colazione compresa, un ottimo cappuccino bollente; da ridurre lo spessore della schiuma di latte e aumentare il lattecaffè. Ottimi i dolcetti locali di accompagnamento. Avrei messo una bottiglietta di acqua di cortesia nel frigobar. Ci tornerò.

Aunque queda un poco a las afueras de Bari el sitio es perfecto. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El desayuno estaba muy bien y si quieres huevos te los preparan. Cerca hay unos restaurantes sobre la playa que estuvieron ricos.

While this property is 15 mins to Bari station it is excellent choice when in Puglia. The service and hospitality of the owner is first class. The rooms have exceptional beds and showers with hot water and perfect pressure! You won’t be disappointed!!

Very cool spot for our last night in Bari. Close to the airport and the staff were super helpful getting a taxi setup and making dining suggestions. Probably the best night of sleep I had the whole trip!

Very cool spot for our last night in Bari. Close to the airport and the staff were super helpful getting a taxi setup and making dining suggestions. Probably the best night of sleep I had the whole trip!

Aunque queda un poco a las afueras de Bari el sitio es perfecto. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El desayuno estaba muy bien y si quieres huevos te los preparan. Cerca hay unos restaurantes sobre la playa que estuvieron ricos.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive when communicating and helped us ensure the infant crib was available for us to use. Breakfast was a big plus, and the parking was right next to it. It was easy to take the bus into Bari as it stopped right across the street.

Beautiful location, five minute walk to the beach and you can walk down the beach and find many restaurants in Santo Spiritu! Lovely rooms, welcoming reception. It is a bit noisy from other room guests in the corridor or when the toilet flushes. We were not too keen on the breakfast; limited and somewhat cheap choice. It was all very sweet like chocolate cake and sweet croissants. Scrambled eggs could be ordered on request. However, you could easily park in the field next to the hotel.

Booked a queen room for one person. The room listing here (and the photo) advertise a queen bed, garden view, etc. I go into my room and the room is half the size, there is no garden view (in fact the window is covered so you have no view at all), and the bed is tiny. To top it off, the AC effectively does not work. I bring this up to the staff who just reply "for me, the room is ok". I tried to make it clear that it's not ok when I didn't get what I booked and paid for, but he kept saying that this is the room they put people who book for one person only, as if that somehow makes it better or ok when I've booked something else. Refused any kind of compensation. Breakfast is poor and they only give you tiny little sachets for the shower meaning you have to ask for more if you're having a couple showers a day, which you do when it's so hot. Absolutely not value for money and wouldn't ever recommend to anyone visiting the Bari area. Photos attached of the room booked Vs the room received. Make your own judgements.

Maximilliano, the friendly host welcomes you with a genuine smile. He has every right to be pround of his newly build B&B and garden surrounding it. He designed it with the quest in mind, for the quest to have everything they need for comfortable, restful holidays. Maximilliano even put a lift in, in an only two storey building, knowing that the lack of it would be a barrier to those with walking difficulties of those with children/buggies.
