Jättebra läge, fräscht, trevlig personal. Det enda negativa var att sängen var väldigt hård samt det luktade konstigt i ett av badrummen.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very spacious and had kitchen facilities. It is in a good position, just a short tram ride from the old town and in walking distance to Wawel castle. A nice bakery/cafe is just next door.The wifi was excellent. The only negative was that the shower was a tight fit

Very Professional and friendly staff. Hotel was very quiet which made for a peaceful stay. Excellent service all round. Would totally recommend.

The room was very clean and presentable. Good size kitchen area and lounge area. Really great to have a dishwasher. Checking in was very straightforward and the receptionist was lovely. Great location and the bakery next door is fantastic. Breakfast wasn’t to my taste but my husband enjoyed. Good selection! Great stay overall. Would definitely recommend!
