The staff were nice. I did not like the non access to the side door and the elevator doesn’t work. The pool access card has to be shared between others in the building.The pool and the pool area wasn’t clean.My room lamp light kept flashing so I had to use to light by the nightstand. We had a great stay! But, by me having a walking disability, the elevator being down while I was on the 2nd floor was a real bummer. Other than that, a good stay with a pleasant staff.

This Comfort Inn was on the lower end of Comfort Inns. It is hidden behind a Costco, limited parking, is in the middle of renovations, had very dirty carpet in the main living area, new LVT flooring in entry way, new tile in toilet and shower room, a small fridge with no freezer, very thin bath towels, the pool and workout rooms were not available, key cards that if put in proximity to a cell phone were disabled (had to have mine reset twice during my three night stay, even though shower and tub had recently been updated they still had black mold in the corners, empty lotion bottle was not replaced during daily room refresh, hall was noisy late and early and staffing on Sunday morning was limited to one person checking folks out and getting breakfast out.

Upon entering the parking lot, it was apparent there would be no parking… I had my husband drive around and look while I went in and checked in. The front service staff was friendly and wonderful! The problem with this hotel is not the service and the grounds, it is a horrible parking lot and its design is ridiculous. It is also shared with another hotel. That makes it even worse! They appear to cater to contractors, etc. utilizing large trucks and heavy equipment… Further exasperating the situation. Through no fault of their own… A large percentage of the parking spaces are wasted through this process. We were forced to make the decision to surrender our room and try to find another hotel more suitable. Consideration for a full refund I would hope be something management could take under advisement.

I always stay here every time I come to visit and this time my room was dirty and they didn’t have another available with what I asked for and the elevator was out of service so we had to take the stairs with our luggage’s. Upon arrival the elevator was broken. Our room only had two towels. We asked the front desk for more towels and she said that they were out because they had a full house. Breakfast or lack there of was cold. The dresser drawers would not stay closed.

The staff was great, but the rooms were dirty. In one of the rooms that I was switched to, I couldn't lock the door, and lastly, the elevator was out of order. We were on the third floor, the last floor. I had to run to change my key two times, so running up and down the stairs was frustrating.

The hotel was clean and we got clean towels everyday of our 5 night stay, which was nice. My husband enjoyed being able to do a load of his laundry there too. I just wish the breakfast was better and had more choices than waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, small yogurts, instant oatmeal, apples, and muffins/bagels/bread. Our bed was comfortable and I was glad to get a channel lineup as we are not from the area and didn't know the TV stations. All the staff we met were pleasant and polite.

The stay was comfortable except there was only a shower in our room, no tub(a must for the Mrs). We found out that only 1st floor rooms hav a shower/tub combination. There were not enough towels except for two guests and we had three adults. We had to make trips to the front desk for each day. The complementary breakfast was lacking. Only sausage links and eggs were hot and no biscuits. Where in the south, especially Memphis are there no biscuits and gravy? There was a waffle maker so we did OK. Plenty of hot coffee. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. All personnel were very friendly and we would stay there again.

The room was clean. However, the hotel was undergoing construction and was so much noise. If I were known this definitely wouldn’t rented the room. Very disappointed. We were not able to use any amenities that are advertised.

The front desk clerk was fantastic. He was welcoming and had suggestions on food for dinner. I cannot remember his name but it began with a Q and was a unique name. That fella is a good employee for greeting and checking in. He was fast and courteous and welcoming during my check in. Kudos to him. He shows it takes no effort to be nice and friendly and I hope this review earns him so kind of recognition.

When we went into the room we only had 2 face towels and when I went to the desk to ask for 2 more because were a family of 4 the manager said they don’t have any there was hair in the shower that didn’t not belong to anyone in my family there was hair in my breakfast that I made down stairs there was a snail climbing on the wall. I just wasn’t impressed at check out the manager didn’t ask us how was our stay he was watching tv just very unprofessional. I will not be back

Well there was roaches in our room on top of the fact my car was vandalized along with two other vehicles in our group, windows busted and property stolen! We will NEVER stay or recommend this are or this hotel!

This Comfort Inn was on the lower end of Comfort Inns. It is hidden behind a Costco, limited parking, is in the middle of renovations, had very dirty carpet in the main living area, new LVT flooring in entry way, new tile in toilet and shower room, a small fridge with no freezer, very thin bath towels, the pool and workout rooms were not available, key cards that if put in proximity to a cell phone were disabled (had to have mine reset twice during my three night stay, even though shower and tub had recently been updated they still had black mold in the corners, empty lotion bottle was not replaced during daily room refresh, hall was noisy late and early and staffing on Sunday morning was limited to one person checking folks out and getting breakfast out.

Upon entering the parking lot, it was apparent there would be no parking… I had my husband drive around and look while I went in and checked in. The front service staff was friendly and wonderful! The problem with this hotel is not the service and the grounds, it is a horrible parking lot and its design is ridiculous. It is also shared with another hotel. That makes it even worse! They appear to cater to contractors, etc. utilizing large trucks and heavy equipment… Further exasperating the situation. Through no fault of their own… A large percentage of the parking spaces are wasted through this process. We were forced to make the decision to surrender our room and try to find another hotel more suitable. Consideration for a full refund I would hope be something management could take under advisement.

The hotel was clean and we got clean towels everyday of our 5 night stay, which was nice. My husband enjoyed being able to do a load of his laundry there too. I just wish the breakfast was better and had more choices than waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, small yogurts, instant oatmeal, apples, and muffins/bagels/bread. Our bed was comfortable and I was glad to get a channel lineup as we are not from the area and didn't know the TV stations. All the staff we met were pleasant and polite.

The first room the ac did not work. Moved us to another room but the toilet didn’t work. They let us have the key to the first room so we could use the restrooms. I used a hanger to rig the toilet so we didn’t have to walk down the hall to another room. Gave us a discount. Breakfast could have been better.

The stay was comfortable except there was only a shower in our room, no tub(a must for the Mrs). We found out that only 1st floor rooms hav a shower/tub combination. There were not enough towels except for two guests and we had three adults. We had to make trips to the front desk for each day. The complementary breakfast was lacking. Only sausage links and eggs were hot and no biscuits. Where in the south, especially Memphis are there no biscuits and gravy? There was a waffle maker so we did OK. Plenty of hot coffee. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. All personnel were very friendly and we would stay there again.

Very run down. All linens looked dirty with stains. Floors dirty. Elevator broken & carried bags up to third floor. A/C not working in main part of the hotel so it was hot in the entire hotel except for the room. Very disgusting. Would absolutely never go back there.

Overall stay was ok...I mean just ok! Elevor was broken so having to go upstairs with luggage. Pool wasn't in service and breakfast was not as pleasant. Wifi terrible, however only positive thing was their customer Service was top tier 👌

The front desk attendant was very helpful and professional and polite. The first room was hot the floor was caving in and soaking wet. The front attendant made a room change and was able to put in a room just the same as the first one. The pool was scary and filthy so the kids didn't want to swim anymore so we just slept well and enjoyed each other's company for the remaining time we were there.

My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also overflowing or the toilet tissue was about to run out with no extra roll. They "may" have wiped down the shower. I was away from the room until very late most of the time. My next to the last day, they changed and replaced everything. The weekday breakfast staff was busy talking instead of refilling things or staying on top of cleaning behind the guests. The weekend person was very good. Not sure if I would stay here again, but would find another hotel in the area. Great shopping area.
