훌륭한 뷰, 접근성 좋은 위치, 적극적인 서비스는 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 단점이 너무 확실해서 자주 방문하기는 어려울 것 같습니다. 로비 층의 체크인 카운터는 비좁고 거의 대부분의 공간이 라운지와 레스토랑으로 이루어져 있어 쾌적하지 못합니다. 라운지와 레스토랑의 입구는 좁고 항시 직원이 서있어 투숙객이 둘러 볼 수 있는 공간이 너무나 제한적입니다. 또한 밤의 경우 라운지에서 풍기는 술냄세가 로비층 전체에 가득한 점도 아쉽습니다. 1층에는 별도의 직원이 없어 외국인 투숙객들이 아무렇게나 흡연을 합니다. 1층 골드바를 이용하였지만 미리 예약을 했음에도 굉장히 비좁은 자리로 손님을 몰아넣어 불편함이 컸습니다. 좌석의 편차가 너무 심하고 2시간 제한 시간 내 카운터 좌석으로의 이동이 불가한 점도 납득하기 어려웠습니다. 직원들의 서비스 응대는 민첩하지 못하며 오리지널 칵테일은 난해하기 그지없습니다. 아내의 경우 논알콜 칵테일을 요청하였으나 계속 알콜 칵테일을 제공받았습니다. 원래는 천천히 충분히 즐길 생각이었으나 패스트푸드 레스토랑보다 비좁은 자리에서 충분히 대접 받지 못한단 생각에 1시간도 있지 않고 나왔습니다.

WOW this place really lived up to my expectations. I stayed at the Edition in Miami many times and I love it there. This spot was just as good, if not better! What a view. The spa was amazing. I will definitely be returning.

神谷町の駅の出口正面がホテルでアクセス便利なホテルです。31階にあるロビーは緑豊かで癒されます\u3000天井は建築家隈研吾さんらしい木を使った天井でした。お部屋も充分な広さで良かったです。朝食はレストランおすすめのアボカドトーストを選択しました\u3000美味しく頂きました。デザートのフルーツも良かったです。残念なのはディナーです\u30003品のコースを選択しましたが量も少なく味も特別なものでは無かったのが残念です\u3000朝食だけでもよかったかなと思います\u3000エレベーターからフロントに行くまでの通路が狭くスーツケースを持っての移動が他のお客様がいらした時はとても不便なのが残念でした\u3000簡易のサブフロントを他に移動されてはと思いますホテルの名前のプレートが控えめで黒く\u3000灯りも控えめなので暗くなってからのチェックインだったのでわかりにくかったですアメニティのボディタオル(ヘチマタオル)は人数分あった方がいいと思います\u3000普通のホテルだなという感想です

This Edition location definitely was pleasure to stay at. The rooms were very spacious with great views of the city. The lounge and breakfast area had perfect views of Tokyo tower and the bay. The concierge manager was so helpful with choosing a fantastic restaurant on our last night. The Gold bar was fun with unique cocktails. Will come back on the next visit to Tokyo.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta. La alfombra de los pasillos del hotel esta francamente sucia, encontramos comida en el mini bar del huésped anterior, la lampara del escritorio sumamente polvosa. A pesar de ser relativamente nuevo el hotel, ya se encuentra deteriorado; las paredes, carpintería y acabados en general están maltratados. La calidad y sabor de la comida en el restaurante a la hora del desayuno no fue buena, el personal muy escaso por lo que la atención era muy lenta, la mesa y sillones estaban sucios, el delantal de la persona que nos atendía en la mesa estaba muy manchado, la base de los floreros de la mesa completamente sucios. Definitivamente no volvería

Location is good, can see nice view of Tokyo Tower from the room. Room switches is a bit confusing, do not have a master switch next to the bed. Disappointed that do not have international plug in the room from the international brand hotel and expensive room. Small bath room and small bath tub, can’t open amenity packing, maybe nice design but the QC is not good.

훌륭한 뷰, 접근성 좋은 위치, 적극적인 서비스는 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 단점이 너무 확실해서 자주 방문하기는 어려울 것 같습니다. 로비 층의 체크인 카운터는 비좁고 거의 대부분의 공간이 라운지와 레스토랑으로 이루어져 있어 쾌적하지 못합니다. 라운지와 레스토랑의 입구는 좁고 항시 직원이 서있어 투숙객이 둘러 볼 수 있는 공간이 너무나 제한적입니다. 또한 밤의 경우 라운지에서 풍기는 술냄세가 로비층 전체에 가득한 점도 아쉽습니다. 1층에는 별도의 직원이 없어 외국인 투숙객들이 아무렇게나 흡연을 합니다. 1층 골드바를 이용하였지만 미리 예약을 했음에도 굉장히 비좁은 자리로 손님을 몰아넣어 불편함이 컸습니다. 좌석의 편차가 너무 심하고 2시간 제한 시간 내 카운터 좌석으로의 이동이 불가한 점도 납득하기 어려웠습니다. 직원들의 서비스 응대는 민첩하지 못하며 오리지널 칵테일은 난해하기 그지없습니다. 아내의 경우 논알콜 칵테일을 요청하였으나 계속 알콜 칵테일을 제공받았습니다. 원래는 천천히 충분히 즐길 생각이었으나 패스트푸드 레스토랑보다 비좁은 자리에서 충분히 대접 받지 못한단 생각에 1시간도 있지 않고 나왔습니다.

フロントスタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で笑顔が素敵でした。車を移動してくださる方々の対応も笑顔がとても良く丁寧で安心して任せる事ができました。忘れ物をしてしまい、次の日に取りに伺ったのですが、フロントの方がこちらの顔を覚えていてくださり、本当に嬉しい気持ちと安心感があり最高に素敵な気持ちになりました。全てのスタッフの方々に感謝です。ありがとうございました。

This Edition location definitely was pleasure to stay at. The rooms were very spacious with great views of the city. The lounge and breakfast area had perfect views of Tokyo tower and the bay. The concierge manager was so helpful with choosing a fantastic restaurant on our last night. The Gold bar was fun with unique cocktails. Will come back on the next visit to Tokyo.

Location is good, can see nice view of Tokyo Tower from the room. Room switches is a bit confusing, do not have a master switch next to the bed. Disappointed that do not have international plug in the room from the international brand hotel and expensive room. Small bath room and small bath tub, can’t open amenity packing, maybe nice design but the QC is not good.

神谷町の駅の出口正面がホテルでアクセス便利なホテルです。31階にあるロビーは緑豊かで癒されます\u3000天井は建築家隈研吾さんらしい木を使った天井でした。お部屋も充分な広さで良かったです。朝食はレストランおすすめのアボカドトーストを選択しました\u3000美味しく頂きました。デザートのフルーツも良かったです。残念なのはディナーです\u30003品のコースを選択しましたが量も少なく味も特別なものでは無かったのが残念です\u3000朝食だけでもよかったかなと思います\u3000エレベーターからフロントに行くまでの通路が狭くスーツケースを持っての移動が他のお客様がいらした時はとても不便なのが残念でした\u3000簡易のサブフロントを他に移動されてはと思いますホテルの名前のプレートが控えめで黒く\u3000灯りも控えめなので暗くなってからのチェックインだったのでわかりにくかったですアメニティのボディタオル(ヘチマタオル)は人数分あった方がいいと思います\u3000普通のホテルだなという感想です

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta. La alfombra de los pasillos del hotel esta francamente sucia, encontramos comida en el mini bar del huésped anterior, la lampara del escritorio sumamente polvosa. A pesar de ser relativamente nuevo el hotel, ya se encuentra deteriorado; las paredes, carpintería y acabados en general están maltratados. La calidad y sabor de la comida en el restaurante a la hora del desayuno no fue buena, el personal muy escaso por lo que la atención era muy lenta, la mesa y sillones estaban sucios, el delantal de la persona que nos atendía en la mesa estaba muy manchado, la base de los floreros de la mesa completamente sucios. Definitivamente no volvería

Beautiful property on the 31-36 Floor of building. Amazing views of Tokyo and the Tokyo Tower. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Toilet seats are even heated! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sandy had been extremely helpful in getting us reservations and suggestions on activities to do. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff even gave us lovely cards, champagne and chocolates on arrival. We had dinner and daily breakfast at the Blue Room. Food is very good and a wonderful view too. Next to Blue Room is the bar area. Food and drink are excellent and amazing view. Spa treatment was so relaxing. Pool and hot tub were great not overcrowed since you need to make a reservation to use. Convenient location for trains and subway making it very easy to get around Tokyo. Can walk to Tokyo Tower too. We enjoyed Tokyo Tower and I had booked the Diamond package. We will definitely recommend the Edition to our friends and family. We look forward to returning too.

“The The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon is disappointing in several areas. Aesthetically, it feels average rather than distinctive. The service is highly corporate—slow and impersonal. The lobby bar is marketed as a restaurant, leaving hotel guests without a proper place to sit or relax. In practice, everything requires a reservation, and there is no sense of priority given to hotel guests compared to outside diners. Communication is also unnecessarily complicated. There are no simple channels like WhatsApp; instead, guests are required to download the Marriott Bonvoy app just to message the concierge. Even after downloading it, my husband—who was staying with me—was denied access to use the chat because the reservation was not under his name, effectively preventing us from using any texting service with the hotel. Basic operational aspects were also surprising for a hotel at this level. Instead of dedicated bell staff, the reception team was handling luggage; notably, the reception staff assisting us were women in heels, which made the situation feel even more inappropriate given the physical nature of the task. We ultimately had to step in and help with our own bags—something that should not be expected at a five-star property. While the staff is extremely attentive, overall, it feels entirely like a Marriott chain property, falling well below five-star expectations.
