Fruške Residences - Fruške Terme

From checking in to checking out staff at reception, restaurants, bars including maintenance was exceptional. We stayed at Residence in apartment, huge balcony, every day cleaning service, spotless. Swimpools beautiful, clean. Only few small things which should be look into. First buffet should be better organised. Small children shouldn't be allowed without parents to attend buffet. Not safety and messy. They should reorganise buffet to have 2 access points. As well at the polls particularly Adults only should be few cabins for changing and definitely toalet next to the bar because that swimpool its far away from toilets and a lot of elderly people need quick access to toilets. As well service at pools should be improved, regarding clearing glasses and ecetra. Drink service should be welcomed as well,at the moment you have to go to the bar for drinks. That's just suggesting from experience traveller.

Big space inside apartments. Good quality of each detail such as refrigerator or soap.

I'm morning person, I will like to have my coffee early... coffee maker in my room it not good enough...

Great experience

My wife and I had a great two-night stay at the Movenpick Fruske Residence. The warm weather, water park and saunas made for great relaxing time in a very clean and well-maintained area. We stayed two weeks earlier with our kids, and between our stays, they opened a new pool and grassy area to sun in. The choice of several different saunas was enjoyable. Our room, in the "Residence," one of five hotels in the complex, was spacious, clean, large balcony, refrigerator and stove top burners in case you want to prepare your own food. Overall, I highly recommend it.
