Some of the kitchen items are starting to get a bit beat up and could use a refresh... and some of the furniture - especially in the great room is in somewhat rough shape now. but we absolutely love the house and will keep coming back.

They think of everything and spare no expense on how the homes are appointed and cared for. The Mountainside House takes the cake - it was one of the nicest properties any of us have ever set foot in. I can't recommend this management company and their homes enough, and they are incredibly pleasant to work with to top it off. They are the model of how things should be done in the property management world, and they have a long-term client in me!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as advertised. Massive with great views of Killington and a nice yard. Realistically there are five gigantic rooms, and many with numerous beds. The sixth room is a bit smaller with smaller beds. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the pool/foosball/ping pong games. Conveniently located a short drive to the base of the mountain. We hired a private chef to cook our meals which worked out great. A couple of our guests complained of a noisy buzz sound at night. My guess is it was related to the heater for the hot tub, but we couldn’t pinpoint where the sound was coming from. Overall a great spot, especially for very large groups.
