The parador is set away from the centre of town in an obviously affluent residential area so is quiet and calm, although it's a short taxi ride to the historic centre. The staff are welcoming, especially at reception, and rooms spacious (although bathroom is small) with balconies. The junior suite is huge. The pool is also huge (and unheated) surrounded by lovely gardens. It is good value for money. The restaurant is good (book ahead, it gets busy when it opens).

Hotel lindo, com amplos jardins, piscina, quadra de tênis e terraços. Tudo perfeito, exceto pelo fato de ter que marcar hora para café da manhã, algo que não combina com férias. O restaurante é ótimo, com opção de lanchonete ou restaurante, ambos excelentes. Tem estacionamento e boa localização para quem está de carro. Quarto silencioso e agradável.

Only minus was unavailable tea coffee making facility and iron. There is ironing service at a premium price. They were able to provide hot water for free but you are expected to carry it yourself to the room, cups and all!

Lovely gardens with water feature and pool. Our balcony gave us a terrific view out across Cordoba. The hotel is in the edge of the city but a ten minute taxi ride from the centre. It has a quiet relaxed feel. It has its own vegetable garden within the grounds, tennis courts in the grounds and a golf range and pitch and put course adjacent.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the food and service was excellent. Only disappointment was that the pool area was closed and gate locked and there were no chairs or benches in the shaded areas. I was told that the sun shade canopies on the bar terrace were out of order but a manager managed to get one of the handymen to repair a couple of shades after multiple requests for a seat in the shade.

Aunque las habitaciones tienen muebles muy antiguos la cama es cómoda, las toallas y as sábanas están blancas inmaculadas y los santitarios están cambiados. El desayuno es excelente con una mantelería blanca inmaculada.

L’hôtel est en retrait du centre, au calme, en hauteur, avec vue panoramique. Relier le centre est simple : 20 min en bus (1,30 €) ou 10 € en taxi. The only downside was a small bathroom (especially in relation to the size of our junior suite) with a shower in the bath. They really need to refurbish these older bathrooms but we had a great stay despite this.

Gorgeous property with easy parking, which we discovered wasn't the norm in Spain. The a/c was working in our room to battle the summer heat & it cooled off very well. The terrace off our room & its views were incredible. Would definitely recommend to others & return!

Habotacion con ruido insufrible durante día y noche por un motor exterior, imagino que de la calefacción, no de la calefacción de la habitación si no de un motor externo que imagino está estropeado. No hemos podido descansar. Además durante el desayuno el servicio desaparecido durante varios minutos. Añade habitaciones desfasadas, los sofás desfondados... no repetiria, experiencia impropia de un Parador.

We were only staying one night and only booked in that day. The hotel is lovely with great views from the terrace. But it’s a taxi ride to the old town. The hotel booked us a taxi but getting one back proved to be a problem. They were unhelpful when we phoned them and it took at least an hour before a taxi stopped for us. That was the only down side but as the hotel is out of town I think they should have advised us how to pre book our return.

A beautiful hotel but the reception was cold and condescending. Staff is over worked and under appreciated. The pool and room was wonderful but the overall sense was of a “business in trouble”. I would suggest trimming a few of the aristocratic management and updating the service staff to this century. And…. Restock bathroom and bar daily!!!

La llegada fabulosa, llegamos a las 12:30 y nos dieron habitación inmediatamente. El estado de las habitaciones, recien renovada, moderna, elegante y comoda. Como siempre las personas son las que hacen de tu estacia algo especial, las gemelas de la cafetería un encanto, majas y profesionales. Un especial gracias a Juani Lubiana, que nos ha facilitado nuestra estancia, nos ha atendido con una sonrisa, disponibilidad y amabilidad exquisita. Enhorabuena por tener entre vuestros empleados a alguien como Juani, cuidarla mucho. Gracias por todo.

Wir können das Paradores mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle sehr grosse Suite im 4. Stock. Das Frühstück ausgiebig und sehr lecker. Super freundliches Personal. Sicheres Parking! Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Great place, a bit outside the main city areas, but I think that is a plus as you get a nice peaceful area to rest and in 10 minute drive you are at the center of everything.

The parador is set away from the centre of town in an obviously affluent residential area so is quiet and calm, although it's a short taxi ride to the historic centre. The staff are welcoming, especially at reception, and rooms spacious (although bathroom is small) with balconies. The junior suite is huge. Prachtige plek met een heerlijk zwembad. Goeie airco in de kamer en lief personeel. Er is een goeie busverbinding met het centrum (20 min, 1,30 euro per kaartje), helaas is het lopend net te ver (50 min).

Very nice traditional Parador hotel just on northern suburb of the city. Really good gardens and large pool area, which you can’t get in the city centre. Only €10 max to city centre and sights in a taxi, very easy to get taxis in and out.

Two night stay at a very comfortable Parodor. We had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Only issue was the shower sometimes ran scaldingly hot. Breakfast was good but could have been better. Coffee was foul.

Hotel lindo, com amplos jardins, piscina, quadra de tênis e terraços. Tudo perfeito, exceto pelo fato de ter que marcar hora para café da manhã, algo que não combina com férias. O restaurante é ótimo, com opção de lanchonete ou restaurante, ambos excelentes. Tem estacionamento e boa localização para quem está de carro. Quarto silencioso e agradável.

Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2025 au Parador de Córdoba, une belle expérience. Chambre supérieure avec balcon et vue ville : le vrai plus, superbe perspective dégagée. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, pratique. Décoration un peu datée, esprit années 70, mais fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Grande piscine agréable, dommage qu’elle ferme dès quelques gouttes de pluie, pourtant passagères. L’accueil est impeccable : professionnel, chaleureux, avec d’excellents conseils. L’hôtel est en retrait du centre, au calme, en hauteur, avec vue panoramique. Relier le centre est simple : 20 min en bus (1,30 €) ou 10 € en taxi. Excellent rapport qualité-prix (120 € la nuit en haute saison). Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié, avec plats à l’assiette et bons produits locaux pour 19 €. Nous avons aussi dîné à l’hôtel : service attentif, cuisine généreuse et savoureuse, belle place aux recettes locales, excellent rapport qualité-prix (90 € pour 2 entrées, 2 plats et une bouteille de vin). En résumé, un établissement confortable et accueillant, offrant calme, belle vue et bons services à un tarif très compétitif pour Córdoba. À recommander sans hésiter.

Väldigt trevligt hotell och personal. Dock tycker jag att maten jag åt inte var prisvärd. Valde förrätt och huvudrätt, två glas vin, espresso och Spansk Brandy, 58€. Inte så dyrt, men ändå för mycket för det jag åt.

I’ve always wanted to stay in a Parador, Spain’s state-owned collection of luxury hotels, many housed in historic buildings or exceptional locations — so expectations were high when we booked the Parador de Córdoba. Thankfully, it didn’t disappoint. The setting is superb, overlooking Córdoba with beautiful gardens & wonderful views across the city. The hotel was clean throughout, the staff were friendly and accommodating, & the plentiful free parking was a real bonus. The highlight was the huge swimming pool, set within the private gardens at the front of the hotel. With a lifeguard on duty, plenty of sun loungers & even a dedicated changing, toilet & shower block, it was an excellent place to escape the Córdoba heat. Free beach towels were also provided. Our 4th floor room was large, quiet & very comfortable. The only slight issue for us was the bathroom, where a walk-in shower would have been preferable as getting in & out of the bath to use the shower was a little awkward. We enjoyed a very good meal in the hotel’s large restaurant on our first evening, making the most of the convenience of dining on site. Our only real criticism was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room or a water cooler in reception. With temperatures exceeding 40°C during our stay, easy access to chilled drinking water would have been particularly welcome. Overall, the Parador de Córdoba provided a memorable stay in a fantastic setting!
