Instalaciones mediocres y poca oferta tanto dentro del complejo como fuera. No puedes ir allí sin coche. Servicios extra del complejo muy limitados. Plazas de garaje complicadas para acceder, fuera no se puede aparcar.

This is my 2nd stay at this resort in 3 months and I was a bit disappointed this trip. The resort is great, they now have a gym which I only found on my last day, and would have been useful if I’d known about it. Not the staff’s fault I didn’t think to check the website for changes having stayed there so recently. Another change which I wasn’t happy about. After not charging for parking last trip, they are now charging €10 a day which adds a huge amount to a week’s car hire. I wrote to the hotel twice to query this but they completely ignored my emails, not acknowledging them in any way. I found this incredibly rude and one of the reasons I’ve marked the resort down to 4 from 5 stars. It’s a pity as the rooms are great, well equipped and very comfortable. Unless you’re staying there to play golf (I wasn’t) the location isn’t brilliant and you need a car to get around, hence my annoyance at the extra parking charges. I had a very quiet and peaceful stay last visit but this time had noisy neighbours playing music and talking very loudly until gone 1am. There is no one at reception after 8pm and no phone in the room for internal calls. I didn’t want to get dressed and go to find security to ask my neighbours to quieten down at that time of night so just put up with it until they eventually (and noisily) left the room. This didn’t happen every night, but it was annoying when it did.

Lägenheten var rymlig och fräsch. Köket var välutrustat. Parkeringsmöjligheter är mycket begränsade i området. Det finns garage under hotellet som kostar ca 10€/natt. Det var automatiskt avläsning av reg.nummret som inte fungerade hela tiden. Men det problemet var överallt i Marbella för oss som hade svensk regnummer. Hotellet ligger dock på en kulle med slingriga vägar utan belysning. Man måste ha tillgång till en bil för att kunna ta sig till och från hotellet. Omöjligt att ta en promenad i området som är jättefint. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och många av de kunde engelska.

amazing resort, quiet location, and close to Golf fields. The only recommendation i would suggest is to have a simple breakfast offering in the resort, this way it is an additional revenue to the resort and guest would be at ease if they don't want to make their own breakfast in their rooms. other than that it 5 stars from my side :)

Fantastisk lejlighed med udsigt til pool. Lækkert køkken og badeværelser, gode senge. Venligt personale - hotellet fremstår rent og pænt. Ærgerligt der ikke er en lille restaurant eller en poolbar, så havde det været helt perfekt

The venue itself and apartments were great. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we hadn't done our research before booking. The fact that it is called Royal Marbella golf resort is misleading as it is miles away, from Marbella. In fact it is miles away from anywhere including shops and public transport so if you dont intend hiring a car I dont book. Also there are no facilities on site. No shop, no bar, no restaurant. Probably our fault for not checking these things beforehand so unless you are simply looking to spend all your time in the local golf courses I wouldnt recommend this venue at all.

Appart hôtel superbe, juste un petit hic dans notre logement; plein de fourmi et un gros insecte retrouvé mort le matin. Logement spacieux, grande cuisine équipé, très grand balcon terrasse. 2 grandes piscines. Un mini market à proximité et grandes surfaces à 10mn en voiture. Belle plage aussi à 10mn en voiture (playa del Saladillo) A 20mn de Marbella. Endroit assez calme et reposant hors période estivale. Très bonne adresse

We had a wonderful stay at the Marbella Royal Golf Resort. The entire resort was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. One of the highlights was the beautifully landscaped gardens and greenery throughout the property – it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our apartment was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great holiday. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and the attention to detail in how everything was cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality stay in Marbella!

We booked two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms apartment, it is clearly smaller than what it advertised, one for the bathroom smells so bad, reported , but no one came to do anything. We are very busy with competition etc, didn’t bother to change, only used one of the bathroom . Check in receptionist was very rude . One of the bedroom got water leaked in due to stormy weather. Although it was closed all the time . So glad it came to end of our stay . We moved to close by hotel Flag , which was like heaven . Comparing to this old dated and smelly room.

Had no cleaning services and no wifi, asked for towels and never received. Called reception 5 times during our stay and still go no resolution. Asked to speak to the manager and never happened. It’s shame because the room was beautiful

The kitchen was super easy to use and they had almost everything you would need to cook a great meal. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and the facilities were extremely clean. The room was super nice and we had no issues the entire stay. I would 100% recommend the Royal Marbella Golf Resort to anyone going to this area of Spain.

Amazing apartment , security had an attitude. , nasty sewage smell the last day I was there , excellent value for money. 15 minute drive from the strip cheap taxis

Es war alles super, die Umgebung toll, die Anlage schön und die Zimmer sauber. Man benötigt allerdings einen Mietwagen um an die Strände und in die Stadt zu fahren.

Ligger et godt stykke oppe i bjergene, så medmindre man vil bruge en halv formue på taxa, så er det smart med en lejet bil. Der var desværre byggeri lige ved siden af, så der var meget larm alle andre tidspunkter end Fiesta. Pæne værelser, men kun roomservice 1 gang på 6 dage Ved indtjening fik vi afvide vi kunne risikere at vores bil blev fjernet uden varsel hvis den stod ude på vejen hvor det var lovligt at parkere, vi følte os derfor tvunget til at parkere i p-kælderen mod et dagligt gebyr på 10 euro. Det er en god information at skrive til gæsterne FØR man ankommer…

We had a slow check in experience due to limited staff. However the reception staff were superb and made us feel at ease. The property is well maintained. The car park is underground which is ok but the lights only work manually so once you arrive you are fumbling in the dark to find a light switch. The rooms were recently renovated to a good standard. The negatives are no English TV channels and no coffee pods but the temperature of the room was too low and could not be regulated. We were offered a different room again by the fantastic reception staff. Without these issues we would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and would rate it as good if this was the case.

Mooi appartement, schoon, modern en compleet ingericht met ruime keuken. Vaatwasser, wasmachine, nette schone badkamer met een goede douche. Heerlijke bedden, heb echt geweldig geslapen . Ruim balkon. Goede fitness zaal, heerlijk zwembad met genoeg ligstoelen. Prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Marbella, Benahavís etc Je hebt wel een auto of vervoer nodig want in de omgeving is weinig te doen. Maar het complex is perfect.

I've just spent 6 very happy days at this resort. I loved the room which was extremely comfortable and well kitted-out even with a washing machine. Fabulous shower in the bathroom, comfortable bed and 2 large televisions in the bedroom and sitting room. Didn't see a lot of the staff as I was out and about most of the time, but they were all very pleasant and polite when I did. Parking was easy, below the hotel, and very convenient for my room. The pool looked lovely, but I didn't have time, or the inclination, to use it in February. I loved my time at the Royal Marbella Golf Resort and if I need to return to this area, I would definitely try to stay here again.

One female staff was very rude and unhelpful

The property itself is in a fantastic location, especially if you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful, scenic area with access to great golf and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and relatively newly updated, which made for a comfortable stay overall. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk left a sour impression. I called around 1 PM on the day of arrival to see if there was any possibility of checking in early, as many hotels are happy to accommodate guests if rooms are ready. Instead of a polite response, I was met with rudeness. The woman who answered the phone asked for my name and then sharply said, “I just told you check-in isn’t until 4,” without any courtesy or professionalism. When we arrived, we were initially greeted by a kind gentleman at the front desk, which quickly changed once the same woman I had spoken with earlier jumped into the interaction. She asked for all of our passports, which I provided—except for one of my friends who is a resident of Spain and only had her ID. As I tried to explain, the woman repeatedly talked over me and was unnecessarily rude, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere after hours of travel (we flew in from Miami). Thankfully, the manager, eventually stepped in and helped us sort everything out smoothly. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, while the accommodations and location were great except for front desk encounter.

Beautiful surroundings quiet location the apartment unit was wonderful with a pool view very friendly and helpful staff had a romantic and recharging vacation we will definitely be back !!! The best

J'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner dans cet appartement au Royal Marbella Golf Resort et je ne peux que le recommander chaleureusement ! L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et accueillante. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur le terrain de golf et les paysages environnants. Les équipements sont modernes et de grande qualité, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée qui rend les repas sur place aussi agréables qu'au restaurant. Le confort est optimal grâce à une literie haut de gamme et à des espaces de vie parfaitement aménagés. Le complexe en lui-même est impeccable, avec une belle petite piscine, des jardins bien entretenus et un parking très pratique L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité (en voiture) , des commerces et des restaurants de Marbella, tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant loin de l'agitation. Le service a également été excellent, avec un personnel attentionné parlant un peu français et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et besoins. En résumé, cet appartement est parfait pour des vacances de luxe, combinant confort, élégance, et tranquillité. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience de séjour exceptionnelle à Marbella !

Hotel muito bom! Muito confortável! A única dificuldade é que ele fica um pouco distante de tudo! Tem que estar de carro!

J'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner dans cet appartement au Royal Marbella Golf Resort et je ne peux que le recommander chaleureusement ! L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et accueillante. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur le terrain de golf et les paysages environnants. Les équipements sont modernes et de grande qualité, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée qui rend les repas sur place aussi agréables qu'au restaurant. Le confort est optimal grâce à une literie haut de gamme et à des espaces de vie parfaitement aménagés. Le complexe en lui-même est impeccable, avec une belle petite piscine, des jardins bien entretenus et un parking très pratique L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité (en voiture) , des commerces et des restaurants de Marbella, tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant loin de l'agitation. Le service a également été excellent, avec un personnel attentionné parlant un peu français et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et besoins. En résumé, cet appartement est parfait pour des vacances de luxe, combinant confort, élégance, et tranquillité. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience de séjour exceptionnelle à Marbella !
