The rooms and the view were amazing! My absolute favorite was the bathtub and fireplace. I would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The views and the property were wonderful. Really enjoyed the suite. Only minor issues were no kitchen utensils and not enough toilet paper or no paper towels for the length of the stay.

Great stay. Quiet and private location. Great views and walking trails. Spa tub and steam shower excellent. Loved the property will highly recommend

The room was OK it was clean. It did not have the amenities or the patio that Hotels.com had promised us. Staff at the outlander chalet were wonderful and they did try to accommodate us with the things that were not normally supplied like dishes a kettle it was not really a kitchenette we were also promised by hotels.com It was not there was no patio. We had a balcony. The balcony was nice, but with my husband needing to use a walker to walk getting up that flight of stairs was quite a challenge. Then the toilet broke him second day and we had to move all of our stuff. The staff was nice enough to help us move it and I appreciate it that probably wouldn’t use Hotels.com again, but we may use the chalet again thank you.
