Very disappointing experience – I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the hotel and Hotels.com, as neither seemed willing to understand my situation. During a heatwave, this room was unbearable, with a temperature above 30°C. It was impossible to breathe comfortably or sleep. Opening the window was not a realistic solution because the room was below ground level, with the window directly at street level. There were people passing by, constant noise and no privacy. After a disastrous first night, I requested a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel refused. Their only response was that fans were available. Fans are useless when they simply circulate air in a room that is already over 30°C. The website photos do not reflect reality. It is also not clearly stated that there is no reception and that everything must be handled remotely by phone. Parking is advertised as available, but it is not clearly mentioned that it is paid. I was unable to enjoy my stay. For this price, I could have booked a much better hotel with proper service, comfort and transparency. I strongly advise against staying here.

Es gab kein Frühstück. Parkplatz war mit EasyPark ok. Einchecken war eine Katastrophe

Zufrieden schade niemand an der rezeption. Aber sehr sauber

Segr sauber Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, das war schade Motel über eine mühsame Treppe zu erreichen (mit Highheels fast gefährlich) Parkplatz relativ weit weg. Nicht inbegriffen. Alles in allem für 1 Nacht ok.
