Staff needs some hospitality coaching. Not welcoming at all. No information at check in. Pictures of the pool online were definitely altered. It is awful! Very small, dingy lighting, room unbearably hot, strange smell and closes at 9pm. Doeable for 1 night but any longer? Spend the money and stay elsewhere!

Construction on the roof was very loud and woke up me and my group in the morning, and we were placed on the very top floor. Sent an email regarding this matter as was recommended by the desk person and have been completely ignored. Absolutely the worst hotel and experience ever. Will never recommend and will never return.

This is a nice, low-key hotel on the north end of town. We were in Salina for a concert at the Stifel theater and this was close to the theater. In addition, they had two Tesla chargers, which we appreciated so that we could recharge overnight.

The shower floor was dirty and gross. There was tile flooring in the bathroom and when you walked into the room. It was dirty as well. The pool was so gross. The beds were clean and comfy though. The air conditioning worked well.

It was great to have a warm welcome after such a long drive from the receptionist who's name i think was Melissa or something, its been a few days. Anyway, she was super nice to my 2 year old son and very helpful with whatever we needed. It was also nice to have an EV charger to charge overnight so i didnt have to waste time at the supercharger in the morning. Breakfast was great, better than most hotels I've stayed in. Plus the room was quiet and clean and just the right temperature to be confortable. I go between Minnesota and Texas quite often and I think this will be my exclusive stop for my halfway point from now on.

Room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and old soap still stuck to the soap holder in the shower. The couch had food crumbs and dust covering the cushions, and the fold out bed had hold sheets still on with a faint smell of urine. The carpet had crumbs and fingernail clippings on it. Beds were made nice but one of the pillows had dried blood on it.

We've stayed at this Comfort Inn previously and don't remember it being as poor of an experience. Our rooms were dirty - think stains everywhere (on the sheets, chair, lampshade) - as well as the bathroom (none of us would use the tub/shower, and there were stains on the floor!). Also, in addition to having stains, a lampshade in the room was left in slight disarray, adding to the overall poor quality of the room.

The Hotel is located very close to I-70. I got a room facing the Interstate and it was too noisy, because of the trafic and especially the trucks. I changed my room to the opposite side and is was the same, I couldn't sleep because of the noise. I think that this problem is needed to addressed ASAP buy management, Beside that, all is good

This is a perfect place if you're looking for somewhere to sleep after a long day of driving or if you are coming into town late at night! Bed was comfortable and the shower felt great in the morning:) Just as mentioned in previous reviews, the staff does in fact start knocking on the door around 9 am to see if the room is still occupied but they also use their keycard to try to enter your room before you have time to answer...make sure to use the locks! This happened at least two times on the same morning and we even called down to the front desk to double check the check out time which is in fact eleven:/

I liked that even though the kitchen was closed, we were offered milk so my son could go to sleep because it was late and everywhere was closed. My son usually travels well but days in the car started getting to him and once again Melissa(I hope that's her name) at the desk helped cheer him up.

People were friendly and helpful! We have been on an extended road trip with a family member who is in a wheel chair and have stayed in a couple Comfort Inns their accessible rooms have been by far the best particularly the bathrooms.

Loved how easy it was to get to this motel off of the interstate. The rooms are comfortable & clean. While there isn't much super close by, you can get Uber Eats. We've stayed here twice and would definitely stay again.

The area around us under construction. It was handy to just pull off the highway. That said- you do hear the traffic. Paul was delightful as he checked us in.

This is a nice, low-key hotel on the north end of town. We were in Salina for a concert at the Stifel theater and this was close to the theater. In addition, they had two Tesla chargers, which we appreciated so that we could recharge overnight.

Super comfortable bed!!!! Great sheets and pillows. Check in staff was brusk, uninterested, but other staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast as the usual, no fruit. Bad weather. The parking lot was shoveled but not salted. Shear ice getting to the car. Would recommend.

Definitely not a high end hotel, but very nice for the price. Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Breakfast was good and ready to serve before 7a on a Saturday (nice!).

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there were 3 bugs I had to kill in the bathroom and also even though description said free breakfast was included the breakfast area didn’t open until 8 and we couldn’t wait until then.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Could have used a cup of coffee with breakfast. Coffee machine broken, and I know things like that happens. All in alll had a great overnight stay. Thank you

It was great to have a warm welcome after such a long drive from the receptionist who's name i think was Melissa or something, its been a few days. Anyway, she was super nice to my 2 year old son and very helpful with whatever we needed. It was also nice to have an EV charger to charge overnight so i didnt have to waste time at the supercharger in the morning. Breakfast was great, better than most hotels I've stayed in. Plus the room was quiet and clean and just the right temperature to be confortable. I go between Minnesota and Texas quite often and I think this will be my exclusive stop for my halfway point from now on.

Hotel is in need of repairs!! I was very disappointed for this stay to fall under the comfort in name. Pool is unusable!! And closed!! Room sheets and floor is clean. Staff is helpful and doing all they can with what employees they have. This review is 09/2026 !!! And photos are 100% real.

No sink stopper allowing anything to fall in Light out in bathroom Shampoo dispenser broken Shower VERY slick, no mat. Had to put in a towel. Breakfast not available on a Sat until 7 Property was very clean.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past two weeks. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Young women who checked me in and out were very friendly and hospitable. They failed to inform me that the plumbers in some of the bathrooms have the hot and cold water switched in the showers. Fortunately, I was able to figure it out by accident. They do provide a continental breakfast. It was fine, but there wasn’t much of a selection in my opinion. I stayed on Friday nights and they don’t have the breakfast section open until 7 AM on weekends. I wanted to leave before 7 AM so I didn’t stay for the breakfast on my second stay. I would rate the rooms at an eight. I would rate the receptionist at a nine. I would rate the breakfast at a five. I will consider staying at this hotel in the future if I want to stay in Salina.
