Element by Marriott St. Louis Midtown

Fabulous room size and comfortable bed with great amenities. However arrived Tuesday left Saturday and there was no cleaning of room. Requested twice for clean towels and none came . Was told there would be a refresh of the room on Friday and nothing happened . Hence I washed dried towels myself and emptied trash .

I woke up at 4am because the tv turned on without anyone turning it on. That creeps me up!

Everything was wonderful 🤗

Breakfast provided lots of options including fresh daily options. The room had visible damage in multiple areas which made it feel dirty. The pool area had lots of grim and trash and could probably use occasional walk through from staff to keep up with it.

Most everything was wonderful. The mattress though would not stay in place on the oversized bed frame. This left a gap by the headboard no matter how many time we pushed it back and our pillows kept falling in.
