We LOVED this townhouse and cannot wait to book again and return to Folly Beach. We have stayed in MANY vacation rentals but this one if by far our favorite. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and a very easy walk to the beach. This host has provided everything you need for an awesome beach getaway. There was a beach wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. They have 2 nice beach chairs available to use also. The backyard was amazing and beautiful and a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The king bed was super comfy with nice linens, blankets and great pillows (I'm a picky pillow person and thought these were excellent pillows.) In fact I liked the bed setup so much that I got all the info off the tags and have ordered a set just like the one in the rental to be shipped to my house so I can make my bed at home just like the Folly Beach Bed. I'm sure the other bed in the other bedroom was awesome as well. Overall a very CLEAN rental that has all the amenities you need when visiting FB. Can't wait to come back.

Thank you for the stay and everything was wonderful. Owners thought of every little detail to make the trip relaxing and wonderful! The decor, fenced back yard for our dog, fans strategically placed in all parts of home, beach chairs and wagon, kitchen supplies and just adorable place! The best, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water! Truly amazing on hot days! Thanks for everything and can’t wait to return to Folly!

We had the best and most relaxing stay at Folly Beach. The location is absolutely perfect…walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops. Beach access trail is right outside of the house so no need to walk on the main road. The house is perfectly dog and kid friendly with concrete flooring and leather furniture. The yard was a good size and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the palms in the wind. The grill does need attention for any grill lovers but we didn’t grill out or intend to while we were there so it didn’t bother us. There is only one bathroom and it is on the upstairs level. The beds and pillows are super comfy and everyone slept great! The sand at the beach was soft and the area felt safe. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

We had a great stay over four nights. The owners have done an amazing job with the space. The AC units keep each room quite cool which is much appreciated at the beach. The fenced in patio area was excellent for us and our dog.

Loved the house, our favorite Folly place so far. Clean, cute, inside and outside shower is great. Kitchen has everything you need from a device, dish, utensil perspective. TVs in every room and good wifi. Fridge works great. Oven is fine, but tiny. Lots of clothes storage. Access to a beach cart and 2 chairs and a washer and dryer. They supply a little body wash and shampoo, thankfully, I forgot mine!These aren't cons, just minor things, but just a heads up on a few things - There's not much in the way of supplies if you want to do any cooking, you need to bring foil, wax paper, wrap, oil, seasonings - anything that's consumable. The grill is small. It was fine for us, but if you have 4 or more people it's a little small. Also it's charcoal only, and you have to supply the charcoal. No gas.There were only 3 of us and we nearly ran out of TP. No access to a hose outside. They have one, but don't supply the quick attachments so you can't use it. Would have been good for sandy doggie beans. Finally the AC can't really cool the downstairs so it gets a little hot and humid (in july), but they have lots of fans and a dehumidifier. The 2 upstairs are fine with the doors closed.Looking forward to another stay some day, maybe when it's a little cooler!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location for everything Folly - easy walk to beach, restaurants and Bert's. Really enjoyed the patio area and yard with our dog on a beautiful Easter weekend. Outdoor shower was an added bonus. I used it the entire weekend. Keep in mind that you are 1/2 of a duplex, so you'll hear some noise. Just be respectful of your neighbor - we had no issues.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was efficiently laid out, clean, updated, and cozy….a great fit for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the backyard space…the grassy area was big enough for some games and the table/chairs/umbrella were perfect for hanging out and eating meals. We used the beach cart and chairs for the quick/direct walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing off. We definitely recommend this unit!

114 E Huron Ave offers neat-as-a-pin lodging that is easy walking distance to beaching, shopping, and dining, but is also quiet and private. The unit is comfortable, well appointed, and super clean - and the fenced yard was a plus, as we travelled with our pup. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay. Very clean place. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for us to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The yard and patio were lovely. Easy to walk to the beach, Bert’s market and nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location and the description is spot on. It is a small two bedroom, but it works great for myself and my wife and our two dogs.Nice little fenced in back yard was nice for letting the dogs out for a quick break. It is a five-minute walk to Center St. where all the restaurants, bars and shops are located. Easy walk to the beach and if you are traveling with dogs there is a very small public dog park a 1/4 mile from the house right next to the water tower on the North side of the island. If you really want your dogs to run, then take a 10-minute drive back to the James Island and go to James Island County Park. It is 2 per person to enter (no charge for dogs). They have a large dog park with a lake. Lake has nice beach areas for the dogs to enter the water. Just be on the lookout for alligator's. We saw two 4' alligators on this trip but they stay to the other side of the lake according to the locals that frequent the park.
We really enjoyed our stay, great location and the description is spot on. It is a small two bedroom, but it works great for myself and my wife and our two dogs.Nice little fenced in back yard was nice for letting the dogs out for a quick break. It is a five-minute walk to Center St. where all the restaurants, bars and shops are located. Easy walk to the beach and if you are traveling with dogs there is a very small public dog park a 1/4 mile from the house right next to the water tower on the North side of the island. If you really want your dogs to run, then take a 10-minute drive back to the James Island and go to James Island County Park. It is 2 per person to enter (no charge for dogs). They have a large dog park with a lake. Lake has nice beach areas for the dogs to enter the water. Just be on the lookout for alligator's. We had a great stay over four nights. The owners have done an amazing job with the space. The AC units keep each room quite cool which is much appreciated at the beach. The fenced in patio area was excellent for us and our dog.

Loved the house, our favorite Folly place so far. Clean, cute, inside and outside shower is great. Kitchen has everything you need from a device, dish, utensil perspective. TVs in every room and good wifi. Fridge works great. Oven is fine, but tiny. Lots of clothes storage. Access to a beach cart and 2 chairs and a washer and dryer. They supply a little body wash and shampoo, thankfully, I forgot mine!These aren't cons, just minor things, but just a heads up on a few things - There's not much in the way of supplies if you want to do any cooking, you need to bring foil, wax paper, wrap, oil, seasonings - anything that's consumable. The grill is small. It was fine for us, but if you have 4 or more people it's a little small. Also it's charcoal only, and you have to supply the charcoal. No gas.There were only 3 of us and we nearly ran out of TP. No access to a hose outside. They have one, but don't supply the quick attachments so you can't use it. Would have been good for sandy doggie beans. Finally the AC can't really cool the downstairs so it gets a little hot and humid (in july), but they have lots of fans and a dehumidifier. The 2 upstairs are fine with the doors closed.Looking forward to another stay some day, maybe when it's a little cooler!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location for everything Folly - easy walk to beach, restaurants and Bert's. Really enjoyed the patio area and yard with our dog on a beautiful Easter weekend. Outdoor shower was an added bonus. I used it the entire weekend. Keep in mind that you are 1/2 of a duplex, so you'll hear some noise. Just be respectful of your neighbor - we had no issues.

Perfect stay. Very clean place. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for us to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The yard and patio were lovely. Easy to walk to the beach, Bert’s market and nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

The unit is comfortable, well appointed, and super clean - and the fenced yard was a plus, as we travelled with our pup. I couldn’t be more pleased by the facilities and the hosts. I stayed in one property for most of my visit, but due to incoming hurricane Isabel they relocated me to a higher elevation property, which was even nicer and closer to the beach. I thought that was incredibly considerate of them, and made for a safe, enjoyable stay. Beach access is super easy as indicated and that was my prime objective. The house is well appointed and cleverly designed to make the most of, a small footprint would definitely stay again !

The rental was perfect for our family and dogs! The yard was perfect for us to sit outside with the dogs and a nice walk to the beach! We had a fantastic stay! The unit was efficiently laid out, clean, updated, and cozy….a great fit for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the backyard space…the grassy area was big enough for some games and the table/chairs/umbrella were perfect for hanging out and eating meals. We used the beach cart and chairs for the quick/direct walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing off. We definitely recommend this unit!

Couldn't get the ac to adjust in middle bedroom. No toilet paper. We used all the appliances and it was so helpful. It's fun to walk just the road to all the places. It loves the beach buggy because we used it and it was very helpful. Maybe put a sign on the fridge for when there's power failure. Because there was significant lightning, but I figured out the alarm on it. Love sitting outside at the patio.
