Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield

The property was really clean and well taken care of. The pool was smaller than we thought but the kids still loved it and it was clean!. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. Id stay again.

The pool was cold. And there was no whirlpool

Pool was so cold it was uncomfortable and unable to enjoy, one of reasons to book here so my Granddaughters could swim.

New Hotel, very clean, free bottles of water all day long at the front desk! Plenty of parking. Room was near the elevator and still very quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.

It was a great stay; clean, comfortable; breakfast was great. The only issue related to the elevator. Only one was working and it was very slow; there was long wait at times and the hotel wasn't really busy.

Its like on the outskirts of town which is nice not far from state fair. Beds were comfortable and all new. Will definitely be back only thing is no hotub and the pool is only 4 ft but if you just need a place to sleep youll be fine. 5 stars

Brookfield mall is a 2 minute drive away. Tons of dining options. Only reason for not giving them 5 stars is pool heater is not working.

The hotel was newer and overall a nice hotel. However the shower in the bathroom was not cleaned well (dried on yellow/green stuff). There were only 3 towels in 2 washcloths in the bathroom for our 4 person family. We were told our room would be refreshed on morning 2 or our 3 day stay, but it was not. When I asked about this, I was told there was no housekeeping staff scheduled that day and that I could come get more towels from the front desk. I can understand staffing issues, but rather than apologize, they made it seem weird that I would be disappointed to not have my room refreshed or that they had provided inaccurate info and it wasn’t available. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t housekeeping staff available daily.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, bed was very comfortable, and free breakfast was substantial. Enjoyed my quick stay at this hotel.

The sheets on our bed were dirty. Had a dried up booger or something. The breakfast area was freezing and staff would not accommodate. The staff were crabby and very impolite. I will not be going back.

shower head was a sprinkle . drain backed up above ankles while you showered . dust and spider webs in the bathroom of all places . we only did an over night stay but when we checked out and let front desk know the issue , she snapped at me and said why didn't you tell us last night. We didn't use the shower till next morning . just rude the breakfast bar was a joke not enough food set out with amount of people staying at the hotel .Not a very pleasant stay and not worth the money

Room was very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. The beds were a little on the hard side for my liking, but otherwise great stay!

I am not a fan of having to pay for better internet. It's 2025, high speed WiFi should just be available without having to pay $4.95. Also the process to connect is clunky. I was traveling with a coworker who is in his mid 50s and not very techy. He struggled connecting to the WiFi. The page that asks you to spend $4.95 for better internet makes it look like you have to upgrade or you don't get internet access. For this reason, I probably will not stay at your hotel again the next time I'm in Milwaukee. Everything else about the hotel was great. 5-stars across the board except the money-grab internet BS.

The hotel itself was nice but our room’s air conditioner was extremely loud. Not enough towels- had to ask front desk twice to get them. Shower products were empty. Breakfast was pretty good.

Was a nice stay. Only thing that wasn’t great is our room backed up to the kitchen so it was quite loud too early in the morning.

The only unfortunate thing is the heating/cooling units has to run constantly to keep room comfortable and it is quite loud. Also beed new shower heads, they spit on you. However you get a big and clean shower.

Everything was fine until the 2nd night. The people in the room next to us had the television on so loud we could not sleep. At midnight I called the front desk and the manager told the people to turn it down. Less than ten minutes later I called again because the television noise was too loud again. The manager went back to their room again and told the people to turn the television off. I called the front desk again because the noise started up almost immediately. The manager said he told the people to turn the TV off. He went to the room, we heard a very loud banging on the door next to us and the noise finally stopped for the night. I only wish that after being warned twice by the night manager to turn down the television noise he would have told them on the third time to leave the hotel. It was after 1am before we got to sleep and we had to be up early. When we woke up none of the lights in the room worked.

We were visiting the area to spend time with family. It is a newer hotel and things are kept neat and tidy. However the beds are not great and the pillows are probably the worst hotel pillows of all time. We also had housekeeping enter our room while we were in it 3x due to the kids not closing the door properly and we couldn't hear them when they tried knocking. Not the worst hotel in the world. But we didn't sleep great at all. Bring your own pillow.

Hotel was updated, nice, clean, comfortable. Lots of noise from hall at night on ground floor room. Checkin was delayed, so we couldnt get in til 430pm which was an issue. Breakfast buffet was standard. Food seemed warm or not cooked, hashbrowns, sausages, eggs. Most everything was out, even milk, so had to ask staff to replenish.

Perfect stay accept the room we were given abutted an area that staff worked in throughout the night. Woken up multiple times throughout the night because of this.

The front desk was very friendly & provided me water upon arrival. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast had several choices & had plenty of food available. The parking lot was large & overall it was a great place to stay.

Room was very nice Our experience with the gal at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming when we walked in, which is always nice.

Easy check in and out, clean facilities, safe area, competitive pricing. A+ stay and experience. Will book again

Booked 2 nights at the property, the first day my husband had to carry the laundry to the laundry room himself & they stated they were short staffed. We asked for fresh towels & linens to replace the old ones & never received the blanket, when i went to the front desk the guy was extremely rude said they were out of blankets & I needed to go back to my room NOW when i asked for a manager, i had to call the complaint line & sit in the lobby at 1am in the morning for almost a hour before he finally said, "oh i have an idea & went & retrieved a blanket from the same laundry room my husband walked to the prior day! Spoke to management & she just made excuses for him & finally said she'll bring it up in the next meeting! Horrible experience, we frequent the Marriott & we've never had issues before!

Renee at reception was very helpful & professional. Housekeeping was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety & was plentiful.

Check in was a nightmare. I traveled with family from over 1700 miles, fun trip cross country with kids. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a frantic, cigarette chain smoker name Wendy, who informed me that the internet was down and more than likely I would have to find a different hotel to stay the night as she couldn’t get us checked in. We decided to get an early dinner and left the premises and see if the internet came back on while we were gone. Upon returning to the hotel Wendy was engaged in a yelling match with an older gentleman telling him to go find another place to stay!!! Wendy lend him no help and told him repeatedly to go to another hotel. My turn was up and Wendy pretty much told me what she had told the gentleman before me. Wendy raised her tone of voice towards me in frustration which did not help solve the problem. I then gave her a couple of suggestions to get us checked in, look at the reservation on the phone, take a copy of my ID and Credit Card information and still wasn’t enough. After going back and forth the manager came out and agreed to check us in, he took my reservation number and gave us a room. After almost two hours of dealing with Wendy we made into our room and got the needed rest. Frankly the worst hotel experience check in. If I may give them a suggestion is to spend some time training your front desk staff to use common sense and customer service skills. They represent your brand!!!!

Nice area to stay. Some shopping close by. Room was clean and employees were so nice. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great about this except our shower door was broken and would NOT stay closed. Easy fix though otherwise, it’s a safe area, close to things to do, close to highway, the hotel made a point to keep it quiet for all guests and the room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Great location to Milwaukee County Zoo and access to major roads. Minutes from American Family Field. Very clean facilities. Impressive staff. Very friendly. Will be coming back to stay again soon.

The room and hotel were good. The breakfast was very good and the staff did a good job of restocking it. The hotel is located close enough to the downtown to be convenient and just far enough out to avoid the city traffic and noise. There are a lot of nearby restaurants.

We stayed two nights at a premium price and had to take out our own trash, hunt for clean towels, had little to no breakfast available, TV was out for one night and when checking out were provided nothing but excuses by front desk…simply terrible service and last time I’ll be staying at this brand’s property
