Property was clean, artsy, well-appointed (fans, dimmer switches, lovely outdoor shower!!, all kinds of beach-ease goodies), etc. We walked to Bert’s probably way too many times just because it was so convenient. If I had anything to recommend, it would be some warm LED solar lighting under the outdoor umbrella because it was so nice to sit out there and eat, but somewhat hard to see with only the house light and landscaped uplighting. Overall FIVE stars!! Thank you!

My family stopped here for a quick visit after doing some college visits. We loved the place and wish we could've stayed longer. There were many amenities that we appreciated, from free laundry to paper products that I don't take for granted at rentals. The fenced in back yard and quiet neighborhood were perfect for our dog. Thank you for a great visit. We hope to be able to return next year!

We smelled cigarette smoke in the home especially upon arrival and some lingered during our stay. The welcome mat was soaked in bleach/still wet when we arrived. While we appreciate cleanliness, you might consider your guests (and pets) who are chemically sensitive and use non-toxic/unscented alternatives.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the location is absolutely perfect! Short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants, shops etc! The house has a very nice fenced in yard too. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an easy 3 block walk to the beach. Bert’s market was a block away. The fenced yard was perfect for the 2 dogs. The trees and shrubs planted along the fence gave the yard a feeling of privacy. The bathrooms were renovated with large showers. The king beds were very comfortable. The partially covered patio was perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed a perfect weekend.

The location is amazing. I love being able to see sunrises, it was great being 10 minutes walk from beach. The fenced in yard was very handy for us traveling with our dog.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this place. My only regret is that I can’t give it more than 5 stars. This is a really neat and cozy spot where the host has given much attention to detail. We stayed here for a short weekend to visit our son who’s a cadet at The Citadel. This is a much older structure that has been very nicely renovated and well appointed throughout. Some of the better highlights are a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living area, plenty of storage areas, very comfortable king sized beds, two full baths, and an outdoor area that includes an outdoor shower with hot water and a charcoal grill. The wood paneled ceilings and dimmable overhead lights truly add to the warm ambiance. Although we did not bring our four-legged family member, this is a pet-friendly home with a fully fenced yard that is safe for pets. The location is close enough to the “heartbeat” of Folly Beach, but tucked back far enough to provide peace and quiet. We will stay here again.

Excellent location , SUPER CUTE house ,4 star on cleanliness- we had to wipe down a few things in bathroom - rest of house very clean maybe just a oversight from cleaning crew - wouldn't NOT book here because of it. House doesn't provide separate beach towels. Bring your own or use the Bath towels provided. Other then these minor things - great rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so clean when we arrived and well appointed. Our lab pup enjoyed walking the beach and playing in the dog park, both just minutes away. We plan to stay again next year!

We've rented this house a few times and will return. It's one of the best Vrbo experiences we've had. The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and walkable to several restaurants and beach. The management company was super responsive. Our dogs love the fenced in yard. Easy 15-minute drive to Charleston for touring and dinner too.

and we hit the jackpot! a really cool bungalow, very clean and comfortable and close to everything! the mid-century vibe was so much fun! easy walk to the beach, pier, center street! and a first beach trip with our darling dog ivy! she was welcomed by everyone, she felt very special. we definitely want to stay there again, soon!

House was well appointed and perfectly fit our expectations. The inside space has everything you need. The outside is private and comfortable. Easily accessible to shops, restaurants and the pier. Beach access was close and easy for the seniors in our group. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was very clean with plenty of towels and linens, and the communicaion was super easy! We loved this home and we will definitely be back! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

We've rented this house a few times and will return. It's one of the best Vrbo experiences we've had. The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and walkable to several restaurants and beach. The management company was super responsive. Our dogs love the fenced in yard. Easy 15-minute drive to Charleston for touring and dinner too.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this place. My only regret is that I can’t give it more than 5 stars. This is a really neat and cozy spot where the host has given much attention to detail. We stayed here for a short weekend to visit our son who’s a cadet at The Citadel. This is a much older structure that has been very nicely renovated and well appointed throughout. Some of the better highlights are a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living area, plenty of storage areas, very comfortable king sized beds, two full baths, and an outdoor area that includes an outdoor shower with hot water and a charcoal grill. The wood paneled ceilings and dimmable overhead lights truly add to the warm ambiance. Although we did not bring our four-legged family member, this is a pet-friendly home with a fully fenced yard that is safe for pets. The location is close enough to the “heartbeat” of Folly Beach, but tucked back far enough to provide peace and quiet. We will stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would likely stay again. The house is cute, clean, freshly updated and very thoughtfully done with everything we needed. The nice patio and fenced in yard were a big plus. The beach cart and chairs were helpful. Awesome location, easy walking/biking to beach and center street. Just a couple of notes:Of course everyone has different opinions- but my husband and I felt the mattress was too firm & uncomfortable. We smelled cigarette smoke in the home especially upon arrival and some lingered during our stay. The welcome mat was soaked in bleach/still wet when we arrived. While we appreciate cleanliness, you might consider your guests (and pets) who are chemically sensitive and use non-toxic/unscented alternatives.

House was well appointed and perfectly fit our expectations. The inside space has everything you need. The outside is private and comfortable. Easily accessible to shops, restaurants and the pier. Beach access was close and easy for the seniors in our group. Highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an easy 3 block walk to the beach. Bert’s market was a block away. The fenced yard was perfect for the 2 dogs. The trees and shrubs planted along the fence gave the yard a feeling of privacy. The bathrooms were renovated with large showers. The king beds were very comfortable. The partially covered patio was perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed a perfect weekend.

The location is amazing. I love being able to see sunrises, it was great being 10 minutes walk from beach. The fenced in yard was very handy for us traveling with our dog.

Fabulous property! The best we have found in multiple trips to Folly, The fenced in yard was great for bringing the pups. We had plenty of parking but once we parked, we never moved our cars because everything we needed was within walking distance. We will be back!

The house was charming and extremely well-located. Quiet, but two short blocks to the funky grocery, another short block to the beach, and two blocks to the main drag with all the restaurants. It was scrupulously clean both inside and out. We didn't do any cooking so I can't comment on how well-stocked the kitchen was, but the house had everything else you could need or want. A great experience all the way around!
