Rigtig godt hotel til prisen. Centralt placeret og i gå-afstand til flere restauranter og barer. Fint værelse i moderne udtryk. God seng Kommer der selv gerne igen.

The staff was so kind and friendly, the building was beautiful. My only complaint would have to be that they over booked so I didn’t get the room I was hoping for.

Stayed here for a concert at Van Andel and it was perfect. Within walking distance to the arena and all of the fun bars/nightlife. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted to write a great review. We checked in at 2:50 PM on Saturday. We got ready in our room. We unpacked had a drink got ready for the evening as we are going to dinner and a concert. We went upstairs to the rooftop for appetizers and drink, which was great! Left the property around 4 PM. After the concert we arrived back to go to our room around 10:45 PM on Saturday. Both of our keys did not work so we went to the front desk. They said that we never checked in the hotel? We say yes we did at 2:50. I got it. I got the valet text that says claim your car when you’re ready to have it comes at the door. They charge my card $440 and then additional $50. She said that was impossible because they didn’t check me in. All of that made no sense we definitely checked in. We used our room key two different times to get in and out of our room already we unpacked in the room. They come with us to the hotel room use their master key. The door opens and what do you know? People sleeping in the bed. They’re clothes hanging up in the closet with a CPAP machine box on the counter… WHERE WAS OUR STUFF?! they said since we didn’t “check-in” they thought we left since there was nobody in the room and we didn’t bring our stuff with us?!? they removed all of our belongings everything in the fridge in the bathroom, etc., and put it in a closet in the lobby!! They told us a manager would call us. I called three times left two voicemails and no Manager has ever called me. Definitely avoiding.
