The blackout shade didn’t work. Literally I was in a dark cave. The electrical mechanism never worked. This location doesn’t offer the “breakfast included” option. You can order from “à la carte”, but it’s not convenient when traveling for business because it takes longer to have breakfast ready. The bath tube was dirty. You can see hairs in the shower walls. The holiday inn flag was raised upside down (they may be trying to warned us). Not a good place to stay.

Guy at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in, friendly and charismatic, excellent service all around. Appreciate his humor with my many DoorDash orders!
