Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Melbourne - Palm Bay

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I went to get breakfast at 8:30 and there was nothing out. The bedside lights did not work. We book a stay 2 or 3 times a year, when taking my grandson to college. We like this location because there is a larger choices of places to eat and Walmart is close to get what my Grandson needs for his dorm. Would recommend.

Bed was comfortable, price was good, floors were dirty, very low water pressure in the shower, had to slam the entry door to get it to close, couldn’t control the A/C temp up or down.

The staff works very hard. It seems like they are understaffed.

Everything was fantastic.

Was woken up around 3am by an employee of the hotel trying to open the door to my room. Luckily i had the door latch in place to prevent it from fully opening. I walked to the door amd asked through the door what they wanted. He stated he was an employee there and said they didnt ha e a record of anyone registered to my room and asked for my name. I gave him my name and he left. Needless to say i had trouble falling back asleep after that odd, discomforting encounter. Then later im the morning i was woken up again by the guests in the room next to me screaming at each other for 15 min or so. I wont be staying at this property again. I wanted to bring this up to a manager or employee at check out but there was no one in sight at the front desk.
