Very beautiful property and very nice staff. Food was amazing. Spa was excellent. Gym was very small and air conditioning was set at a fixed temperature, according to the hotel this was due to regulations in Italy however this was the only hotel where we experienced this in all of Italy. Bedding was not change despite multiple requests to have this done, but overall it was a very nice, pleasant and relaxing stay.

Loved this hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, excellent buffet at breakfast. Fun drinks by the pool, great massage at Spa. Adorable bar/lounge built into a rock. Great music one night. Only problem was that I didn't stay long enough!

Property was lovely. Staff was so kind and welcoming and the food was delicious. The only issue was that the a/c was set at 23 degrees and it was not possible to set it any lower due to “Italian government regulations” however we did not encounter these “regulations” at any other hotel in all of Italy. Also the bedding was not changed at all during our stay despite us requesting it. The same coffee stay was on the sheets the entire time. Aside from these issues it was all around a very nice stay and it was an extremely relaxing atmosphere and a terrific spa facility although the gym was very small.

Our stay at Botania Relais was nothing short of AMAZING!! World class hospitality. Some of the best food we’ve ever eaten in our lives (let alone in Italy). Stunning property, rooms, pools, and spa. Ischia is a dream island. 10/10

We would come back to Ischia just to stay here again!!!!! The hotel is wonderful! The gardens and grounds are beautiful. Our room felt like it was tucked away in a garden. Private , huge, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was the largest we had while traveling Italy. Now let’s talk about dining… Oh my gosh! Breakfast is awesome. There are so many delicious choices you might forget to go out and explore. Beautiful baked good, omelette station, Fruit, fresh granolas and big displays of their honey. And there is always a mimosas station. The service is top notch and so attentive. We ordered espresso the first morning and never had to order again it was brought when we sat down each morning. We stopped a couple of times at the small bar. The drinks were so perfect and the snacks from the chef each night were a wonderful surprise. Service was perfect. We actually had friends that stay down the hill on the water at a VERY exclusive and very expensive hotel that we invited for drinks and dinner one night. We had cocktails first and the lovely bar and the. dinner in the restaurant. They commented that our hotel was way better than theirs and the food and service was outstanding. We stayed in one rainy day for Spa and Lunch by the pool. The thermal pools are so lovely. They have several water falls that you can stand under that beats down on your neck for a nice massage. There are bubble chairs where you can relax and soak in the rich minerals. Perfect!

An absolutely stunning hotel and spa set in beautiful gardens. We had a wonderful time. The attention to detail was something else - the Botania Relais team were fantastic from the moment we arrived and throughout our 5 night stay. Fabulous restaurants, the food was incredible and the breakfast choice excellent.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived many hours before check in after 22hours of travel and had, first, a bite to eat. Our room was ready right after. The room was darling, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was amazing and staff was incredible. We highly recommend Botania and will likely return to bring the rest of my family.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we moved to Mezzatorre. Honestly, Botania is way better than Mezzatorre. Botania is more well kept, staffs are friendlier and more hospital. The breakfast is also way better. I loved their shuttle service, brand new van and well kept. The Mezzatorre shuttle service sucks and the car is old. I would stay at Botania again if I go back to Ischia in the future. So far my favourite hotel in Southern Italy is Le Sirenuse in Positano, Caruso Belmond in Ravello and Botania in Ischia. I like to hop hotels, change of environment :) I usually stay 2-3 nights everywhere.

Stunningly beautiful luxury hotel, nestled in lush gardens up the mountainside with sea views. Rooms were beautiful, very clean, and spacious. Staff was wonderful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. All the food and drinks were also delicious. Ischia is truly a dream destination!

The only issue was that the a/c was set at 23 degrees and it was not possible to set it any lower due to “Italian government regulations” however we did not encounter these “regulations” at any other hotel in all of Italy. We would come back to Ischia just to stay here again!!!!! The hotel is wonderful! The gardens and grounds are beautiful. Our room felt like it was tucked away in a garden. We had cocktails first and the lovely bar and the. dinner in the restaurant. They commented that our hotel was way better than theirs and the food and service was outstanding. We stayed in one rainy day for Spa and Lunch by the pool. The thermal pools are so lovely. They have several water falls that you can stand under that beats down on your neck for a nice massage. There are bubble chairs where you can relax and soak in the rich minerals. Perfect!

We had already been travelling for 4 weeks when we spent our final 4 days at Botania Relais & Spa. It was a perfect way to end a very busy holiday. From the moment we arrived, the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived many hours before check in after 22hours of travel and had, first, a bite to eat. Our room was ready right after. The room was darling, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was amazing and staff was incredible. We highly recommend Botania and will likely return to bring the rest of my family.

This is one of the most magical and beautiful hotels that I have stayed in. The staff is amazing, the amenities are stellar and the property is beautiful - a botanical garden that is so beautifully laid out. We wanted for nothing and felt like we could simply stay on the resort and be be happy. I recommend this place highly. Ask for Onofrio at the bar/ restaurant. He's lovely - everyone is so kind and thoughtful

We stayed here for 2 nights before we moved to Mezzatorre. Honestly, Botania is way better than Mezzatorre. Botania is more well kept, staffs are friendlier and more hospital. The breakfast is also way better. I loved their shuttle service, brand new van and well kept. The Mezzatorre shuttle service sucks and the car is old. I would stay at Botania again if I go back to Ischia in the future. So far my favourite hotel in Southern Italy is Le Sirenuse in Positano, Caruso Belmond in Ravello and Botania in Ischia. I like to hop hotels, change of environment :) I usually stay 2-3 nights everywhere.

This resort was exceptional and such a wonderful surprise. The Staff is super generous and communicative, fabulous restaurants with excellent food, amazing amenities in a superb location on Ischia. The property was sprawling and beautiful. I highly recommend.

Absolutely everything about this hotel is perfect. It is the only hotel I have stayed at where everything is even better than it looked like in the pictures. The staff are amazing in every way, the property is beautiful and everyone is working hard to make your stay great. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner as well. The rooms are super clean and spacious. We can't wait to come back in the future.

Breakfast is the highlight of the day!! Clean room, for the price it’s somewhat small. No bathtub in the room which is a surprise but there was a lot of outdoor soaking options so I guess that makes it not terrible. Dinner menu options become limited if you stay more than 1-2 days. Great spa area that can be reserved. Great outdoor pools options
